Just returned home from a lovely weeks stay at Bosch en Zee! We had a nice little one bedroom apartment on the ground floor. It is perfectly located within walking distance to De Koog (the lively Texel town with restaurants and bars) but far enough away to be peacefully quiet. It sits right on the edge of a forest which our dog loved and it suited us really well! We didn't eat at the restaurant so can't comment on that. Would definately stay again!

Great little place with a great location!

We went to this small holiday appartment off season. The appartment (B4 type) was very small, but efficiently furnished. Everything you need is present. 
The children have there own sleeping room, with 2 separate medium sized beds, the adults are supoposed to sleep on the extendible sleeping couch. Surprisingly the couch could be converted into a full sized and (very important!) comfortable bed. 
The room was very clean, but the extraction hood above the stove was extremely greasy.
The environment of this small holiday park is beautiful, Nice view over the meadows on one side, the other side is a nice forest.
The restaurant on the park is very good.
Because it was very quiet on the park, the reception desk was only open during office hours, but when you need anything outside this opening hours, you can ask for help in the restaurant.
I can imagine that small children have a good time in this holiday park, a nice swimmig pool is available, easy to oversee for the parents.
