Up to 6 people can stay overnight in one apartment and 5-6 people diagonally opposite in the studio apartment. There is only a small street between the 2 accommodations, you can walk to each other in no time! Both locations have long dining tables and have their own kitchens and sanitary facilities. One apartment on the ground floor has a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, the other apartment has a design walk-in shower in the basement. The coziest square in Overijssel, De Brink in Deventer, is literally around the corner.
