We stayed at the HOF B&B in the Deluxe room for three nights whilst using Eindhoven as a base to visit the nearby theme parks of Efteling and Toverland.

As mentioned in previous reviews there is a good reason that it is ranked as the #1 B&B in Eindhoven. Our experience pretty much echo’s everyone else's positive reviews.

We received good communication from owner Freek prior to our visit and he met us on our arrival at the property and showed us around. A great friendly host, who is clearly passionate about providing a good service.

The B&B is a short walk from the PSV Philips Stadium (where the airport bus has a stop) and also a 10 minute walk to the centre of Eindhoven.

The Deluxe room was spacious, immaculately clean and is situated on the ground floor with its own private door to the quiet street in front.

The facilities were great with a large TV, fridge stocked with beer and soft drinks, coffee machine and a selection of snacks, which were replenished each day.

Each morning a wonderful breakfast was provided at our specified time to a cleverly designed shelf across the doorway to Freek’s private residence.

We would 100% definitely stay here again when visiting Eindhoven and recommend others to do the same.

An Excellent B&B

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Freek’s charming B&B.

B&B Hof is located about a 10/15 minute walk from Eindhoven city centre in a pleasant residential district of the city, and also a convenient 2 minute walk to the Philips stadium. Freek, who speaks impeccable English, very kindly met us at the airport on the evening of our arrival which was greatly appreciated.

The B&B itself is immaculately presented. The room we stayed in on the ground floor had its own private entrance to the street and was very spacious. The room has plenty of amenities, including a Nespresso machine, a smart tv and a mini bar which Freek kindly refilled for us every day. The beds were also extremely comfortable and there was little to no noise from the street outside.

The breakfast Freek prepared for us  was delicious, consisting of eggs, freshly baked rolls and croissants, yoghurts and a hearty selection of cheeses and fruits. 

I could not recommend B&B Hof more and urge you to stay here on your trip to Eindhoven. Freek is one of the most accommodating hosts I’ve ever had, and I’d like to thank him again for being so welcoming.

Easily one of the best B&Bs I’ve ever stayed in! 

This is the first time I've been back to the Hof for some time. Not because I haven't tried! It's popular, because it doesn't get better than this! Always welcomed like part of the family. The standards remain impeccable, and the facilities always have been of the highest standards. The only criticism I would have is that of availability. But it's always the first place I try.

Still the best guest house ..... anywhere!

The best B and B we have ever stayed in. Freek was a brilliant host and left us wanting for nothing. We had lovely breakfasts in a private garden, air con in Eindhoven's heatwave. Free parking - though we didn't have a car. This is right next to PSV ground if anyone's interested in watching them. Id say it's a 10 minute walk into town. And the bus from the airport stops opposite gagelstraat. Thanks Freek for an amazing accommodation.Eindhoven is cool.

Fantastic bit of peace but right in town!

Stayed here overnight on a business trip, found the hotel by chance on booking.com and was so pleased I had.  Great location and lovely and peaceful at nighttime.  The mini apartment would be perfect for a longer stay and quite romantic and private.  Beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean with lots of lovely touches like nespresso machine and a lovely bottle of cava and other goodies in the fridge included in the price.  Breakfast delivered via the hatch bang on time was perfect and much better than many inclusive meals I've had in chain hotels.  The best part of the stay was the fantastic host - who very kindly drove me to the railway station so I could make my next meeting.  Will definitely be back here and can't recommend highly enough.

Amazing find 

Very cosy place, special and charming interior.
Excellent service, incl. welcome snack and drinks.
The host is extremely attentive, trying to make it the most pleasant stay.
Great breakfast, will be back :-)

Cosy place with great host

Don't compare this place to other B&Bs only, Hof is easily the best stay I have ever had anywhere. Reviews and pictures don't do justice, you got to go there to feel the awesomeness of Hof. Even if you are travelling alone or even for a day stay, do book the suite. You even get your own parking space, separate and totally private entrance. The place couldn't possibly be cleaner. Freek gives you an all inclusive minibar to knock yourself out and he daily refills except for red wine and sparkling wine, but hey! 

only slightly cons are, the bed isn't double but a twin, and pillows are not your ordinary sleeping pillows, got to stack 3 of them.

Overall 12 out of 10!
