Never again, we ve been going these past 5 years,but this time...was a disaster....beware if you dont vacuum your room before you leave and clean everywhere they will charge you 150 euros...which infact they did...they charge even for the essentials like simple towels....NOT RECOMMENDED

Disaster

The place is very good.
The location is perfect for a start trip. 
The rooms are fine and the facilities are ok as well. 
The value for money is great. 
Before your stay make sure to bring with you to cleaning groceries. 
I was with my family (3 kids) and we enjoyed.

Great value for money

Nice structure in a nice location but the service is awful!!!

We stayed for three nights.

- fireplace didn’t work and it was fixed after at the beginning of the last day, after having had to ask several times calling and visiting the reception.

- a couple of times the electricity was off, the house got freezing and again was a disaster to get anyone helping us with this.

- no towels, soap or any amenities whatsoever (apart for blankets) are offered to the incoming customer. Not even for the shower. This is simply unbelievable for any type of accommodation nowadays.

What a pity !

Lovely Park, well maintained and very peaceful. House was modern, tastefully furnished and relatively clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful and all spoke excellent English. Surrounding area is breathtaking, brilliant for cycle rides and walking. Plenty of towns and cities nearby for shopping as well. Couldn’t fault it, would recommend and will definitely be back!

Relaxing holiday in a lovely Park

Arrived, check-in was busy but only took about 20 minutes with Corona rules.
Directions and info was clear. Found the spot and parked the car next to accomodation +1.  We are not the pickiest of families but the hob above the cooker was really quite dusty and should have been cleaned.  Couch was in an awful state but it was replaced after about two days without us saying anything so I guess they new. After 3 days the temperature soared and it was 39.5 inside. So as there was an airco but no control I asked at reception. 5 euros per day and as it was the middle of the week already no need to pay the deposit. First day it hardly helped but did help keep it cooler on the following days.  We were in a deluxe cabin which basically means more space outside and was next to the large pond with fountains so quite nice. Water was quite dirty though..

Some nice facilities bearing in mind Corona restrictions, staff I came in contact with were friendly and helpful.

Couple of negatives were the cleaning and the fact you had to book for swimming but new arrivals were given privilege over the ones already here. So most of the convenient slots were already filled.
Seems more aimed at families with younger kids than the 3 teenagers we had.

Probably won't come back but not a reflection on the park itself

Ok nothing special but nice enough

We booked 5 nights for a short family holiday. 
The chalet was clean and spacious and you are given a bag with basic essentials on check-in. 
The kitchen area is well equipped and living area is spacious enough that you do not get under each others feet, there is also a patio warea with table, chairs and parasol.
The washroom has a shower stall, although it is just a partial glass partition, so the floor does get wet when anyone has a shower.
The double bedroom is very comfortable, the second bedroom is narrow and the bunk beds make a real racket whenever the person using them moves.
The park is lovely, well kept and easy to navigate. The swimming pool is often busy, but refreshing (apparently the kids pool is very cold). The restaurant specialises in Chinese food and we didn't eat there, preferring to visit local supermarkets and eat in the chalet, or at off-site restaurants. One tip, local shops don't seem to accept foreign debit/credit cards so it is worth having Euros for purchases there.
The local area is great for walking/cycling and The Centre of The Netherlands is close by.

Comfort and convenience

This park is situated in one of the most beautifull areas of the Netherlands, called The Veluwe. It is located in the woods and is beautifully shaped with little lakes, grass, trees, etc. The houses do vary but all are nice and comfortable.
The swimmingpool is small but the restaurant is fantastic.

the room was dirty, i think they did not clean the room and when i came at the first time i had to clean it !
a lot of musqito and spiders
the staff at the reception was unpolite and i had to visit the reception  3 times  in order to fix problem at the room, later i got a mail from them that say that i need to come to the reception !

I have stayed at the resort for 7 nights with my children. The resort is beautiful, clean, quit, pleasant and very relaxing.
We had a problem with our reservation and had arrived late evening. Rene, the owner/manager came all the way back from his home to give us a key to our unit and left the check-inn procedure to the next day.
Our unit was spacious (a 5 person unit), very clean and well furnished. The unit was equipped with all utilities needed and much more.
We loved our stay there.

Excellent and relaxing

We rented a 3 bedroom bungalow and were nicely surprised when we got there. The place was very roomy, the bedrooms sizeable and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was great and our bungalow also had a washing machine and dryer so we managed to get all our clothes clean as well.

Everything was clean and we were able to check in early as well.

All in all a great service and an even better place to stay.
