Me and my Partner stayed here on the 15th of April of this year, and we were both amazed at how beautiful & modern the apartment was. Unfortunately we were only able to stay one night, but this little gem has all the amenities you need if your staying for longer kitchen, cooker etc. Beautiful views of the water & boats from the windows. Would stay again if came back.

Already entertaining to see how they cleverly arranged all the comfortable facilities in the odd shaped monumental house. As a bonus they even made a small rooftop terrace to enjoy a stunning harbour view.

Unique location at harbour in town centre.

We stayed in this beautifull "Haven kamer" in this  apartment with the most magnificent view of the harbor from our room.  Lovely ambiance and tasteful decor.  Our room were very well equiped.  Bathroom very clean with lovely towels and linen.  The owner, Yoke Middelbeek, is very helpfull and friendly and made us feel at home.  This is a great location at the waterfront and very near the center  of all the attractions in this quaint little town.  Lovely experience.

The best appartment in Monnickendam

A nicely located b-b with harbour views, we stayed for nine days . The room was nicely decorated , marine decor. Clean with nice  bathroom facilities, comfortable beds and a kitchenette outside the room. Staff are extremely helpful. We come from Australia and will return on our next visit. 

Monnickendam 

We stayed here three nights because we wanted to be near Amsterdam but also to stay somewhere out of the city.  This is perfect for that, with easy access to both city and lovely countryside and coastline.

Monnickendam is a delightful small harbour town; pretty without being too commercialised and touristy.  The apartments are on the harbour front and ours was called the harbour room. It is clean, bright, stylish, comfortable and well-equipped.   The views are limited by its position in the roof of the building, and access via steep stairs - particularly with luggage - could be a problem for some. The owners are friendly and helpful.  Parking is free and and locked bike storage is provided.
