We slept three nights in the charming guest house. We had the room in the garden with sauna, which is highly recommended. Inside is a room directly inside the breakfast room, which I wouldn't recommend. The breakfast is very good, balanced and tastefully served. The service is very convenient. The room with sauna in the bathroom is very nice, the only disturbing thing was that there was only a commute door to the bathroom inclusive toilet. This should be changed. Location, house and garden are very neat and stylish.

Charming.

We had the room with sauna. The room and bathroom were large enough. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not cleaned the first day. The next day it was fine. Breakfast is excellent. We searched for a minibar in the room, as indicated in the description. The bed was large and comfortable. The sauna was quickly heated. The reading light above the bed is defective, which has been known in the house for a long time. Only a German TV program.

Good, but with air up.

Great host, Ramona gives you the most friendly and warm welcome you can imagine. The rooms are splendid, more like a hotelroom then a B&B. The location is a historical building but firmly renovated and utmost modern environment with the historical details maintained The location is beautiful, when you enter the park-like garden there is a small entrance at the back that will lead you into the woods! You can hike or bike, and the bikes are available at the B&B! Dear Ramona and Marcel, Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your house, loved it and will come back for sure!!

beautiful nature and great restaurant: Zilte Zoen!!

If you don't feel comfortable here, there is something wrong;-)! We spent a few very relaxing days here in a very pleasant atmosphere and felt comfortable all around! The Koetshuis is in a prime location for bicycle and hiking trips, is about 15 minutes from Alkmaar, 5 minutes from Bergen and 45 minutes from Amsterdam. By bike you can reach both Schoorl aan Zee and Bergen aan Zee in about 25 minutes. The B&B is quiet and offers in the deluxe rooms extra relaxation through the infrarotsauna - great! The breakfast is very good, varied and absolutely sufficient! The hosts Marcel & Ramona are very welcoming, helpful and ready and ready to go - we will surely never come back:-)

Best B&B ever!!!

The Koetshuis is a very cozy, family-friendly B & B. We were very warmly received by Ramona. The rooms were not particularly large, but they were lovingly decorated, with the comfortable beds especially to be highlighted. We were enthusiastic about the lovingly decorated breakfast, which left nothing to be desired. In addition to the particularly friendly service - in short, we were very satisfied with the stay (3 nights).

Very cozy B & B

For almost 20 years, I have been regularly driving with my family to the lake in Holland, mostly to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city. In the last 10 years, it has almost always been to North Holland, Bergen or Schoorl. During this time, we have tried so many hotels, various guesthouses and hotel garni. The price-performance ratio was not always convincing. Well, this has an end, because from now on we will only stay at Marcel and Ramona's! Rooms, service, friendliness, breakfast (!!!)...everything is simply top! Bravo!!
