The Worst hotel ever. Everything really low quality.From the rooms to the management. The only good thing was leaving the hotel to spend a good time on the beach.Not recommended at all.Let see the new one

Poor management

The hotel has left a pleasant impression. The standard rooms and everything is quite clean and pleasant. From the window of our room the sea was slightly visible, although when booking it promised otherwise. The area was most attractive, because the hotel is near the north sea! You can take a beautiful walk along the beach or sit in beach cafes.

With the sounds of the North Sea

The hotel is located right on the beach in the central part of a very picturesque beach with lots of nice cafes and restaurants and a huge pier that goes far into the sea. One of the advantages of our room is a great view of the sea from the balcony and windows. The rest is a standard comfortable room with all the necessary travellers, the bathroom had a fan and hot water (for the northern resort things are necessary))), in the room are comfortable chairs and a bed with a back of rattan. But the main thing is the very pleasant resort atmosphere that reigns in the village...

A resort hotel on the North Sea coast

We wanted to stay only one night in Scheveningen, so we booked this hotel because it was the cheapest. The hotel is relatively simple and has no particularly comfortable details. The rooms were clean but in urgent need of renovation. For a longer vacation I would have wanted another hotel but for one night it was quite sufficient (if you do not make particularly high demands). The location of the hotel is only a few meters from the beach, which we found very advantageous. For a weekend vacation I would drive back there.

For a short vacation, that's enough.

It's a very budget hotel. The balconies have three or four rooms, no gates. The walls between the rooms are very thin, so if your neighbor is snoring, you'll have a troubled night or you'll have a spare room. The furniture in the room is more like what we put in the garden at the cabin. A clean bathroom with a shower. Breakfast is very cheap - a plate of cheese, sausage and bran, it's part of the cost of living, which is very low. So if your budget is very limited, and you want to see the sea, the hotel is great.

Because of a mistake in another hotel, we had to avoid this hotel because it was the only one available. If we had given more faith to the reviews, we would probably have stayed better in the car. The hotel (if you can call it that at all) is an attribution. It is dirty, it stinks and the rooms are tiny. The equipment is impossible, the mattress was completely flat. Breakfast was in a basement without daylight. Then you could have thrown the money out the window! Never again Noordzee Hotel in Scheveningen!

I'd rather sleep in the car.

So a completely downed stinkhole...carpet stuffed, mattresses stinking, and it smells like mold and mouse skin. Honestly an absolute embarrassment!!!!!!!

What a terrible hotel!

Absolutely awful place. Walls are thin, so you can hear everything that's happening next doors. Seems to be popular with party people so sleeping is not an option unless you have either earplugs or are deaf!
Rooms are small, wi-fi bounces like a yo-yo, breakfast room stinks like a sewer.
Nigthly rate isn't too high but you are not given an option to opt-out from 24 euro a day (poor) continental breakfast on top of your room rate.
Location is very good, however, even if this was the only hotel with availability nearby, I would never ever go back.

Location is the only thing going for this "hotel"

A colleague of mine booked this hotel due to location and price. We reserved four rooms and the rooms had several flaws in general such as no light in the roof, no internet (though we should have had), no soap in bathroom. The only thing I consider ok with the room was the bed but my colleagues disagree on this point. I guess I got lucky in that regard.

The breakfast cost 12 euro which is extremely expensive since it just offers croissants, coffee, juice and some sandwiches. Simply not worth it, in addition there was a strange smell in the dining room. 

One thing I believe is important to address is the service. My friends had booked breakfast first, when we arrived they said that they wanted to cancel it because of the price. The guy in the reception took notice of this and said he changed the price. Everybody paid. Later on we discovered that they had paid for the breakfast. They complained and wanted refund but the guy in the reception was very persistence and said that it was a "deal". We think his position in all of this is unnecessary and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. That attitude is not ok whatsoever. 

In general I cannot see any reason, except the location near to the beach, why I should recommend this hotel. The price is not justified in any aspect. Find another stay nearby with better breakfast, lower price, good service and proper rooms instead.
