I am in Utrecht on a 4-week official trip. I will be leaving in a few days. I am in Plompetorengracht 11B apartment. My review is as follows:

Location: In the historic inner city, picturesque, canal by the front door.

Apartment: Mine is a 1-bed apartment, very spacious and is well furnished (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron and board, living room, TV, sofas, dining table, study table)

Service: Top class, starting with the first email, prompt answers. Meet and greet on the first morning was punctual. Staff always ready to help. For e.g., I asked for a few extra hangers and they were promptly delivered. On the first day, I needed help with operating the TV even though I had been given a demo, and the lady cheerfully came back and helped me out. 

Neighbourhood: Countless pubs and restaurants, probably the highest density I have seen across 25 countries. Some stay open till 3 AM or 4 AM. Amazing variety of beers. This is also hard to beat.There are two supermarkets and a mobile phone store in the immediate neighbourhood.  

Transportation: The nearest bus stops are about 3 minutes and 5 minutes walk away. Utrecht Central Station is 15 minutes away walking, and less than 5 minutes by bus,

In conclusion, the apartment is good for families, the neighbourhood being a friendly student area.

Perfect for work or holiday

We have stayed with Havaa now 3 times, we have family in Utrecht and the Havaa apartments are excellent for what we need.
Central to the City, ease of access to the whole city by foot. 
The apartment provides us with great space, with two children under 8 it's needed. We have the space to entertain our family and cook dinner in the kitchen, which is better than most self catering apartments.
We love this place as the price is reasonable, the space is excellent, central to everything but most importantly Nico and his team are warm, welcoming, efficient and helpful.
We will be back.

Fabulous, Friendly, Excellent Service

I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment on Westerdijk for a business trip in October/November 2015. My stay was absolutely wonderful and I really didn't want to leave. The apartment was on the 13th floor of a block of flats. It was extremely spacious, with a living/dining/kitchenette area, a large bedroom with very large and comfy bed and open bathroom and separate toilet. The bus stop was pretty much downstairs from the apartment and walking to the town was only about 5-10 minutes walk. The location was perfect and so near many supermarkets which are not just in town but all around. Walking to the train station was about 15-20 minutes walk. 

The best thing was the response rate from the company if there were any small issues. It was very speedy and gave good customer service, even during the late evening. They did go the extra mile even from the start of my stay. The only suggestions I would make would be that they can provide a vacuum cleaner as cleaning is only once a week but I don't mind doing my own cleaning especially for longer stays.

Business stay for 6 weeks

I stayed here earlier this week for work in Culemborg. Located centrally in Utrecht, a great town with lots of beautiful structures. The venue has no reception so keys are given to you via a hotel employee. I was meant promptly and given keys, paid for stay and told about all amenities.

There is a shower but toilet is shared (I was in a studio 1a on the first floor). Didn't really mind having a shared toilet but it is a bit inconvenient at times.

Studio is spacious, well equipped with full kitchenette, coffee machine etc. Single bed was comfortable but pillow was a bit lumpy. Overall I had a pleasant stay, I will say that floors seem to be quite 'thin' as I was woken up at 4am by somebody walking around above.

Close the Utrecht Centraal and overall would stay again.

Great studio apartment

This was my second stint of stay in Havaa Apartments, and this time around I had the opportunity to stay in the Studio Apartments located in Korte Jaanstraat.
Firstly, the location is an excellent one, located at around 12 mins walk from the Hoog Catherijn/Central Station, which is very convenient, especially if you need to travel a bit to work.
The apartment itself is pretty small, but not very congested I must say. It is meant to accommodate only person, and that explains a single bed in the room. The apartment is well equipped with all the cooking facilities that you would need during your stay, but the kitchen platform itself is very small, and it is a bit of challenge to manage your cooking space, but I guess that is understandable when it comes to a studio. 
The bathroom was spacious enough,neat and clean.
The biggest and the real negative point about this apartment is that the toilet is not within the apartment, but is shared on each floor. 
I lived on the 2nd floor, which had two more flats along with mine, which meant basically I had to share the toilet with two more persons. And each time you need to go to to the toilet, you need to get out of the house, which is a bit of pain and highly inconvenient.
Wifi is pretty stable and good speed, and also the service at the apartments towards any complaints/requests was excellent. The apartment building has a wash area in the basement of the building, where you have quite a few washing machines along with the necessary items you would need for the same.
A private toilet in each apartment is the desperate addition this otherwise nice and sweet cozy apartment needs.
If you do not mind sharing your toilet with others, then this place is a definitely a recommended place to stay.
