Velmi milý personál, pokoje dostačující, snídaně výborné, bylo mi zajištěno bezlepkové pečivo i bezlaktózové mléko, na poslední brzký odjezd přichystali balíček opět s rostlinnými, bezlepkovými a bezlaktózovými potravinami, odcházím velmi spokojená, děkuji.
Very nice staff, adequate rooms, excellent breakfast, I was provided with gluten-free pastries and lactose-free milk, for the last early departure they prepared a package again with plant-based, gluten-free and lactose-free foods, I leave very satisfied, děkuji.

Staff very helpful and friendly, reception area was nice but once we we left this area it was a real disappointment.  Corridors were very dark and uninviting, rooms were not much better.  The beds were clean and comfortable but to say the rooms and bathrooms were dated and basic is an understatement.  Lighting in the room and bathroom was terrible, expected so much more for what the hotel cost, wouldn't give any more than 2 stars

1. Grumpy station manager.
2. Normally you pay when you check out. We had to pay before entering the room!
3. Other staff very friendly except from grey grumpy manager.
4. Breakfast was a good continantal breakfast. 

Station manager is a fool

We stayed for one night in this hotel, a little hesitant given the low score. And instead we had a wonderful experience, totally in disagreement with the previous comments. The hotel is not new but the cost is low considering the centrality of the structure. Very kind staff and very available for any need. Good breakfast, all at perfect time and respecting covid rules. A comfortable and perfect room for our needs. I recommend you visit this facility and the beautiful city of Zwolle!

It's a perfect weekend.

Great value for money, rooms and bed are average but OK for 1 night stay, good and extensive breakfast included, nice to be able to have a meal in the room with service from the bar to 8, limited but OK choice of food.

Good value for money, good service

We had to land here spontaneously. Just to stay here it's okay. The location is top, the rooms are poor. The bed is flat, the rug is rugged, but everything is clean. I wouldn't recommend taking it for a vacation, it's ideal for a city trip.

♪ To sleep all right ♪

The hotel was 110 euros (special offer!! due to mobile booking) much too expensive for a night/single room. It's really convenient, you can get there quickly from the motorway, the barricaded hotel parking area behind the house is very convenient, the walk to the center takes only 5 minutes. But the Spartan-decorated room is not open to the eye. Used furniture, a small room, only the bed is wide enough. The bathroom is lit with a series of lamps, showers etc. But it works well, even if it is convenient to enter through the bathroom to shower. There is no unlimited access to the water boiler. That some helpful items are included in the hotel, e.g. a household bag, a small room, only the bed is wide enough. The bathroom is illuminated with a series of lamps, showers etc.

Near the historic centre - a decorated interior

Old building materials are still available, but such a lively hotel has long since fallen out of my league. To ask for a room for this small, old, unattended prison cell 110€ and to get one for the holiday season in NL. Overheated, loud, muffled, no minimum of equipment. While the staff at check-in was still impressed by kindness, all other encounters afterwards were more than underpaid - overestimated. All the ignorance and unfriendliness towards the customers glitter.

Never, ever again

So...a little old hotel.The staff were really nice and even arranged for us to go out to the yard in a quiet room.By the time we left the morning, we would have given us three or four stars.But then the incredible thing happened.We wanted to have breakfast this morning with our kind little dog.But an employee we didn't know before refused us access to the dog, even though it wasn't a problem for us the two days before.She said we couldn't just enjoy it, the dog gave us the breakfast allowance and kind of desired another nice day down the road.So I never really got a treat.

Never again!

This hotel is really more of a very basic youth hostel. Hair dryer did not work, man at the desk couldn't care less and didn't offer any solution. One Iron for whole hotel.
For 3 nights towels were only changed once, bed duvet covers are torn in both corners, pillows were very small. General rude male manager like figure.

No food after breakfast untill evening.
Generally very disappointing
