Motel is dated but nicely presented and good value for money. Was clean, warm and comfortable. Conveniently close to train station. 
We stayed here with another family while in Auckland to go to a show at Eden Park. 

Has a nice pool area we would of used if weather was a bit nicer

Convenient and affordable

Dissapointed to say the least. Rooms are dated and tired. Area was very noisy & bed not very comfortable. I booked this for a sports team & felt I let them down. We won’t be back (as a team or as an individual booking) 😩

DISSAPOINTED

This was the worst accommodation we stayed in during our lovely trip through New Zealand.  I emailed the owners with my concerns, however, didn't receive acknowledgement.  Sticky kitchen floor, heavily stained carpet, black mould in bathroom, dead bugs in bedroom, stained pillow and used sheets on one bed.  We didn't dare to remove our shoes. One small heater.  Incredibly disappointed at the poor health standards.

We stay here when travelling through Auckland with our wee dog and kids. Nice little cafe as part of it and handy enough to town, western springs. Not the most modern but always clean, comfortable, spacious and good value. Will definitely be back again.

Pet friendly, clean and friendly.

Our 2nd stay here in the last 12 months with our kids. It may not be the youngest motel around, but rooms are clean and comfy, pool looks clean and staff are friendly.  There is a great Cafe on site for breakfast and a 5 min walk to pubs and restaurants  down the road. 

We would definitely  stay again as value for money it would be hard to beat.

Good Value

Travelling  with a catduring an unpredicted storm in the middle of lockdown was a stressful process but Mona had been helpful from the start eted me with a welcoming smile. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished with electric blankets and lcrisp clean sheets and towels. The only reason I haven't given it a 5 is because the bathroom and kitchenette were somewhat tired but everything worked OK. Very central and I enjoyed a very pleasant stay for three nights. Thank you Mona!

Welcoming

Modern, spacious and clean with excellent firm bed and well-appointed kitchenette. Shower pressure wasn't great, but okay nonetheless. Pet-friendly too. Would definitely stay again. (Why does this review have to be 200 characters,  I've said all I needed to say.)

Great stopover 

Stayed for 3 weeks   , rooms are a good size has a swimming pool on-site.  Staff are friendly and helpful . Overall good place to stay . 
Very handy to food shops and there is a Cafe situated on site so breakfast is close by.

Excellent stay for one night.Everything was really efficient and easy,swift check in,friendly staff and very helpful.Very comfortable apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Good nights sleep.We will certainly stay again in the future.

Most disappointing was the shower. Have never seen a shower head like it and the water just trickled out. The motel states it has “modern studios and suites” and the shower was a long way from that. The room was fine.
