Stayed one night in Geraldine; the team were super accommodative to our late arrival. As it was a cold winter’s night, they popped the heater on so that the unit was warm on arrival. Everything was very clean, comfortable and tidy. The bathroom is a little dated, with the shower water pressure a bit weak. No complaints at all though! Would definitely stay again if passing through

Well-located motel in Geraldine. Great service

Prefect for an overnight stop in Geraldine. Large spacious two rooms, 3 beds (2 singles and a queen) bed was very confortable, slightly dated building but bright and airy with lots of opening windows. Fully equiped kitchen with everything you need. Undercover parking at the door. Shower rose was a little on the low side for average height and the bathroom ceiling was messy. Sky channels on the tv which was in an awkward palce to watch from the queen bed but we managed. Very close to the centre of town and eateries. Great value for $120 NZD per night!

Great for a stopover. 

Stayed here overnight with my parents. Large, spotlessly clean rooms in a great location. Would definitely recommend. The reception staff were friendly and the amenities were good for the price. Ideal for families as it’s near the main drag of shops and restaurants/bars.

This was the cheapest accomodation available when looking so was a little concerned.
What a fantastic surprise. Large room, clean and comfortable, what else could you ask for. 
Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again


Value for money

We had a great 2 night stay - two teenagers, two adults and our dog in the two-bedroom unit. Friendly and very clean with a lovely large outside area that backs onto the creek. Very warm. Easy walk into the town and cafes.

Great stay

I have stayed here many times and am never disappointed.  Joseph and Mayumi offer spotlessly clean motels, friendly service and a lovely peaceful setting.
The motel is centrally situated and an easy walk to town and restaurants, etc.

  I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Geraldine.

Another lovely stay at the Geraldine Motels

This is a great spot, backing onto and with easy access to the Garden River Walk. The room we had was a studio unit, spacious, very clean, warm, very comfortable bed, quiet and a terrific shower! Joseph and the team are friendly and were happy for us to have a small dog with us. Easy walk down the main street into town and all the wonderful shops. The best wifi so I was able to also do a little bit of work on my laptop. This is the perfect, cozy place to stay, we will definitely be back. Thank you all.

Fantastic Location

This place is good value for money. Place was clean, tidy and warm. All the facilities were as expected and the location to all places in the village , was great. Only thing against this place was the large amount of Mosquitos that invaded the property. I think that this is only a seasonal thing.

Good Motel

Nice place to stay, not flash but extremely adequate. Very clean and tidy and price reflects this. All the usual things that motels do were done and the complex was within a very easy walk to the centre of the village. 

Clean and tidy 

This is a class-style Kiwi motel.   My room was immaculate and very quiet.   The location is walking distance (or a very short drive) to anywhere in Geraldine you might wish to be.  Prices were reasonable.  Highly recommended.
