Very comfortable stay here for 1 night.  Room was spacious and had a great kitchen and bathroom.  Parking was a bit tight but we were able to park right out the front of our room.  There is also a laundry available to guests.  Staff are wonderful and very helpful.  Only critiscism was  an overwhelming smell of room spray which I was unable to air out.

Comfortable and very clean, great service

We stayed three nights, the unit was large, clean and well appointed, even to the extent of two recliner lounge chairs. Well equipped kitchen. Very quiet. Lovely owners. Probably the best place we stayed on our trip and would stay again in a heartbeat

Felt like home

Don't judge this motel by its appearance. A very spacious room, even had 2 recliners! (in room 6,anyway). A separate kitchen and also a separate toilet. Very comfortable, would be perfect for a longer stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Looks can be Deceiving

Walking distance to city center and to Queens Park. Room was nicely furnished with the bedroom separate from the main living area. Nice large shower with good pressure. The hosts are very nice and had really good recommendations.

Good location and nice room

We stayed here in a 2 bedroom apartment, before and after doing the Rakiura Track on Stewart Island. Karla and Peter were super helpful and friendly owners.  The apartment was freshly painted, nicely furnished, clean and comfortable for our family of four.  We didn't cook but really appreciated the range of teas and hot chocolate provided, as well as the fresh milk (rather than long-life).  Easy walk into the centre of town.  Highly recommend this place!

Quiet, comfortable and clean in a great location

This motel is the cleanest, spotless, well cared for motel of the hundreds in which I've stayed.   It is well supplied and quiet  The resident owners should be congratulated.     The unit had a lounge dining area, a kitchenette, separate bedroom and separate ensuite.    It is within walking distance of the CBD and, old water tower,  parks of which Invercargill has many.
    The owners were helpful and gave us information about the town and surrounds including Bluff (worth a 30km drive each way).
    We would definitely stay again if in Invercargill.

Cleanest motel ever

Upon arrival the meet and greet was great south style.
The rooms are being done up by the owners and looking great. Separate kitchen, good heaters comfortable bed and pillows.
Highly recommend this stay while in Invercargil.

Clean very tidy

We had another 3 night stay here over a weekend - owners are very friendly and accommodating to our family of four. Recently repainted 2 bedroom unit with central heating and close to Queens Park. Thanks.

Friendly and tidy family option

Arrived late and left early as heading to Stewart Island. This motel and its owners are great. The room was super clean and had everything, including comfy lounge chairs to watch TV ( I hate sitting on a bed to watch TV ), the hosts were just lovely. Would highly recommend.

Stay Here ! very good

My best Motel in New Zealand up to now. Good beds, good linen, clean shower and a comfortable chair to watch TV after a busy day . Ouiet and friendly New Zealand Owners. Not far from Queens Park which is worth the visit and the city center .
