Absolutely fabulous accommodation and great value for money. The location was superb with an uninterrupted view of Lake Tekapo.  
Clean, warm (it snowed while we were staying), comfortable and well appointed.  Loved the skylight window above the bed for stargazing.
Highly recommended and would stay there again.

Highly Recommended Accommodation in Lake Tekapo

Absolutely fabulous stay at Lakeview Tekapo, in fact one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in NZ.  Arrived on a cold, windy, rainy day and it was great to get into a room where they had already taken the time to put the heat pump on - very grateful.  The view is outstanding, the quality of the room and cleanliness was amazing.  Would not hesitate to recommend.

Better than great

My husband and I stayed here for one night and we both wished we could have stayed longer. Nice location about 15 min walk from Tekapo centre. Very peaceful, lovely views. 
Very clean and modern. Extremely comfy bed. Well set up if you wanted to cook anything, we weren’t there long enough for that but it would be handy if staying longer. We would love to come back and stay again. 

Wonderful stay

Beautiful, well-appointed room. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Great views and appreciated being able to sit outside and look at beautiful Lake Tekapo. We enjoyed stargazing using the skylight above the bed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great stay

The unit was spacious and clean and had everything you needed. It was in easy Walking distance to shops,  good value $$$ for money.
Will stay again.good central base to do day trip to omarama twizel and mount cook.
Car parking was great

Fantastic unit and view

decided to book this place for a pre birthday weekend for my partner. Absolutely loved this place. Smart home features with pin door codes, Google home, Android speakers and 2 wall mounted television loaded with all your streaming and sky channels. The fixtures were great and the bed was supppper comfortable. They also surprised us with a bottle of wine and some chocolates for the occasion. Amazing water pressure and while cloudy during our stay, the sky light over the bed was amazing. Even better you can close the shutter when needed which was perfect for my other half as a very light sleeper. Will definitely be staying again and highly recommended. Cheers again Steve and Vic for a brilliant weekend.

Beautiful and quiet

Would definitely stay here again if i come back to Tekapo! Lots of space with very modern and clean facilities. We were very disappointed that our stargazing tour got cancelled but when we stepped out into the yard and looked up the view took our breath away! We saw the most beautiful stars within the comforts of the house!

Modern with good location

We stayed in the Beta Centauri unit. Very impressed not just with the location and views of Lake Tekapo, but also how very clean and comfortable it was. The room is of a high standard with quality furnishings.  I highly recommend this place and it will be my first choice to stay when I return here. The skylight/ window above the bed with automatic control blind/curtain is a nice touch for seeing the stars at night. Also was impressed with the smart technology, first time I used the "Hi Google" which I kept asking as many questions as I could, The automatic soft/ dim sensor light on the ceiling that switched on if you got up during the night was innovative too,

Great Lake Views, very good accommodation.

Might overshot the place but driving in New Zealand town is within 30-50 so can find it with ease.
They do have rice cooker and all the appliances plus cutleries. 
Our house do not include the skylight whereby you can open and view the stars from room, which is disappointment. It has a small patio but we cant simply view the stars from outside however it was very cold. 
Most of toiletries are included except toothbrush and tooth paste but we brought along our own shower gel, shampoos and conditioner. 
It is situated near the Church of shepherd. Short drive to a small town. 
Heater in first room not that good as unable to cover lower part of body but can use the thick blanket for cover. 
Rate is not cheap and the view from living room to Lake Tekapo with the snow mountain is stunning. 
You can view from the tv with youtube and it comes with a Google to on the music. Place is clean though.

Clean and fabulous view

We stayed in the 2br unit for 2 nights in the beginning of August. It is condominium like with no personal interaction with any staff. We received an access code prior to arrival with instructions. It was all very thought out and organized. 

The unit itself was very comfortable and spacious and the views stunning. We were a 5 minute drive to everything in town. If I were to be in this area again I would definitely stay here again. Kia Ora
