Stayed a couple of nights earlier this month (July 2023) as was attending an event in Rolleston. Outstanding unit (7), spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and lovely bright décor. Would recommend this place as the ONLY place to stay when in Lincoln or surrounding areas. Will definitely return.

Such a great motel for a stay - 💯 we came back and will again!!  Don’t miss this motel. (Rm9) this time in one bedroom disability apartment/unit which is well thought out.

The Lincoln Motel never lets us down - stayed before and is now on our MUST stay motels list - such a great place to stay - warm, clean, and nice and quiet - very helpful hosts - and staff.  Lights and heater was on for our arrival on a cold and very wet day.  Is easy walking distance to all you need locally - thank you again - be proud of your efforts.

First-timer here.  3 nights.
One bedroom Apartment (rm12) upstairs near front by road. No problems here!

This motel is fantastic! Right in the heart of Lincoln, Christchurch. So much to offer around you. Dairies, eateries, supermarket, all sorts.  It’s extremely well appointed. 

Lovely decor, comfortable super king bed, all very super clean and reassuring.  Linen and towels great. Lovely supply of teas, coffee and we were even asked what milk we like prior to our arrival! Hosts are really super friendly and super helpful. 

We stayed here as location is close to where we needed to be. Brilliant find for us :). 

Motel is about 20 minutes drive from Christchurch city, if you have a car it’s worth staying here instead of city itself. A home away from home. Would definitely recommend and we will stay again next time.  Happy to not look for anywhere else.

All reception ladies were very friendly and helpful throughout the 2weeks , easy to approach and answers every question. Room quality and service were amazing every single day. Well done team.

We book a last minute stay at Lincoln Motel.

A great clean and welcoming stay with friendly staff.

The accomodation was top notch and can highly recommend Lincoln Motel.

We stayed in the seperate bedroom suite with a large lounge and 4 seat dinning table.

Great Stay

We always seem to leave finding a place to stay a little late in the day - but we struck lucky when we found the Lincoln Motel - Very friendly hosts - great location for Lincoln town centre and within easy reach of Christchurch and such well presented large rooms with all you need for a great nights sleep. would certainly recommend.

What a great find

Would recommend this motel.  Very helpful staff and room amenities very good.
Plenty of space for 3 people and you could stay very easily for a week if you wished to cook for yourself as well.
Good system worked out if you are going to be a late arrival.


Lovely stay

Nice modern tidy unit with good heating from modern heat pump.  Very clean with good water pressure and good cooking facilities.  Unit did smell as though a smoker had been in there prior unfortunately.  Friendly helpful dtaff
