Staff very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay, facilities are new and clean. showers are free with great water pressure and good supply of hot water.
Laundry facilities helpful on a wet day. Booked to park Motorhome on metal lots, very helpful with wet weather.

Great place to stay

Motel Ensuite - Clean, new and well equipped kitchenette with porch seating and and a kitchen table and chairs indoors. Bed comfy and in room shower excellent. No soft seating or air con.  Room is super hot, with no fan or bugs screens so didn't want to leave windows open overnight.  Paid over $300 per night and did not feel it represented good value for money.  Great location - 8 min walk to the square.

Campground Motel Ensuite Rooms

Nice quiet location. Easy access to the caravan site.
Clean and tidy amenities. Free shower with great water pressure. 
Accessible toilet and shower is excellent and easy to use.
Good access to bike to wineries and township. 
Handy and good dump station on road outside of the campground.

Great place to stay.

Lovely little campsite, very quiet.
Toilets and showers were very clean.
Showers were really good.
Shame that the wi-fi was so poor/non-existant.
Lovely guy at the Reception desk.
Easy to walk into the town in an evening, some great places to eat and drink.

Lovely little place to stop over

Loved the location of the park. Great amenities and good sized sites. It was away from main roads so lovely and quiet, also very handy to the central square and a short bike ride to the many vineyards. 
Also options for non wine drinkers if that’s not your thing. 

Weekend in wine country

Overall good. We were on a non powered campsite. The ground was quite uneven to put the tent on. The kitchen facilities are very small - 2x cooktops with two burners on them. 2x sinks. This is to cater for around 60 cabins and sites. The wifi was patchy at best, even when in the main facilities block. There is 1x washing machine and 1x dryer. 
Toilets and showers were in good condition and always quite clean. Appreciated that there pots, pans, cutlery etc in the kitchen for communal use so we didn’t have to take all our kitchen gear with us every time we wanted to eat. 
Overall it was good, however I would not stay here during a peak time as the minimal facilities would make it difficult

Nice enough

Myself and my partner have stayed at many of the Top 10 sites and this one was great. Facilities were clean and kitchen fully stocked with items to use. Staff helpful and available when needed. We were also delighted to find out there was a free community pool pretty much attached to the campsite - perfect in the hot weather. Location from the wineries was also good, only a short walk or the option to hire bikes from the campsite. Overall, we had a lovely 2 nights staying here on a powered site and would recommend!

Fantastic Stay

Nice clean park in good location.  Unfortunately WiFi didn’t work that well during our 2 night stay. Our en-suite cabin was clean and tidy with all the bits and pieces that we needed. Thought the price of the cabin at $220 per night was pretty high when compared to the many other en-suite cabins we have stayed in across NZ.

The Martinborough Top10 campground is a small campground, therefore lovely and peaceful, overlooking large, open fields. 
All amenities were spotless, and there are plenty of little extras from cooking essentials, like pots, pans, and utensils to bike hire and free use of the council pool immediately next door.

Beautiful little campground, nice and peaceful

Very easy booking and friendly efficient communication with staff.  Easy check-in and warm welcome on arrival.  Tent site was a bit odd shaped.  Not the biggest I've stayed on but did fit our tents.  Was probably better suited to a campervan.  There were better tent sites at the park with no-one on them.  Plenty of trees for shade which was appreciated in the Martinborough heat.  Facilities were clean and tidy.  It's quite a small campground but suited our needs for the one night we were there. A good affordable accomm option for Martinborough in walking distance to the Square.
