A great property and location in Picton right in the township and on the water - sadly the service we received from the property was worse than awful and less than accommodating and for this reason our 1 star rating.

Based on this, we would not stay again, would not recommend and has left us extremely disappointed.

Great Location + Accommodation / Awful Service!

Sadly couldn’t stay to enjoy this huge apartment, but everything was lovely it would be a great place for a family to stay plenty of room and all mod cons. Beautiful view too! 
Just 5 minutes to the InterIslander Ferry and all the other ‘Sounds’ ferry’s and some great cafes just across the road. Great spot.

Just a layover 

These are by far the best apartments in Picton we’ve ever found. 
Right on the water front over looking the harbour yet only a minutes walk from the shops and restaurants and easy for the ferries.
Our apartment meant was 2 bedrooms with one beautifully comfy downstairs master bedroom with small but functional bathroom with its own deck overlooking the harbour. Then the 2nd room had two single beds and a bathroom next to it.
There was a washing machine down stairs and the upstairs kitchen had a hob, kettle massive fridge and all the utensils and cooking items you need.
Nice big dining room table and comfy seatee with TV in the lounge area.
Again lovely deck with patio set and bbq for those sunny days.
Altogether the place was clean, mordant comfy and quiet, would love to stay here again soon!!

Beautiful apartments 

We needed a bed for the night and lucked upon this place. Just lovely facilities and the view, with a Marlborough Sav Blanc in hand, is just brilliant. First stop on our holiday and we're just feeling so relaxed.

Just a night which we regret

We had an unexpected extra night in Picton so had to pick something in a hurry. What a good choice!  Perfect location with amazing views. Walk to everything, including the ferry. The apartment is on 2 levels, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the entry level, with the living area upstairs. Great balconies on both levels. We were given very clear check in instructions so no problem but can imagine it could be difficult if there is a problem out of hours. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the apartment is definitely showing signs of wear and tear and therefore the carpet and furnishings do need upgrading. Overall a great place to stay though and I would definitely stay again. 

Very spacious apartment

Such a beautiful apartment in the most perfect position. We stayed in apartment no. 2 and it was such a lovely stay. Perfectly suited to our family of 4. Clean, modern, beautifully decorated and awesome showers! From the living area and master bedroom there are breathtaking views of the marina.  We could have sat all day watching the ferries arrive and depart. We arrived by ferry from Wellington picked up our hire car at the dock and drove 3 minutes to our apartment. At the marina there is a beautiful park for the kids and a great mini golf course. We also went to the aquarium there which is small but very friendly and informative staff. 

Totally in love with the view!

A weekend stay in Picton was made all the more special with stunning views of Picton foreshore, Marina and looking down the Marlborough Sounds.  Perfect location, very easy to park up and walk to Restaurants and walkways.  With the sun streaming in and the heat pump on, you can forget its frosty outside this week.  The facilities and decor are lovely.  Fabulous shower, just the right pressure.  Lovely and clean.  It was too cold for a swim in the pool out the back but looking forward to one on our return in Summer

Perfect View

Wonderful, spacious and contemporary apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, and complementary use of the Park Regis pool.
Within walking distance of the ferry and the Picton restaurants.
Highly recommended!
