Chrissie is a very friendly and extremely hospitable host. The lodge is delightful with great rural views. The room was great and the breakfast was superb. A great place to stay and very good value for the money spent. We highly recommend Silver Peaks Lodge.

We highly recommend Silver Peaks Lodge!

We were welcomed by our wonderful hostess Chrissie who showed us around her amazing B & B. Our room was large with a very large ensuite. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. This is truly a Bed and Breakfast with a delicious home cooked hot breakfast consisting of eggs, lamb sausage and all the trimmings. This was our best Bed and Breakfast stay on either island of New Zealand.
It is very close to the Dunedin airport and easy to find. Chrissie was very knowledgeable about the local attractions.

Fantastic Introduction To Our New Zealand Adventure

Nice, clean, quiet, and convenient. Nice view of the valley from the front porch. Beautiful rose garden. On a small farm, so it is quiet. Near the main highway that leads into Dunedin.
Good breakfast.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was just fabulous. Chrissie was everything you want in a host and cooked a mean breakfast.The location was convenient, easy to find and beautiful. Thanks Chrissie, we will be back!

Loved our stay.

A pleasant stay in a good sized comfortable room, with tasty breakfasts to look forward to each morning.   The Lodge is conveniently located for visiting Dunedin and surrounding area.  Would happily stay here again.
