Great place to stay.  Easy walk to town and back.  Marvellous  views.  We left our luggage with them whilst hiking the milford track and stayed another night when we returned ...... Very accomodating owners.  It felt like home!!  A big thank you to Bev and Ian.  I would definitely stay here again!!😊😊😊😊😊

Extremely welcoming

We thought that the view from our room was great, until we saw the view from the breakfast area.  Just fantastic.

Our room was well appointed, the bed was great and there was a large ensuite.

The breakfast food and time choices were varied and reasonable.

The food was very good and the hosts were most accommodating.

Wonderful views and accommostions

I spend the days around new year here and enjoyed the stay very much. The B&B is a bit off the main tracks, so it is quite and has a great view from the balcony onto the lake. The host offers a great variety of options for breakfast, all of which are good. 
The only small drawbacks: no dedicated parking, so you might have to walk a bit. And it was overpriced during these days.

Cosy place to stay

Stunning views across the Frankton arm to Kelvin Heights and the former (now closed to the public) Deer Park Heights, and down the lake towards Walter Peak and Mount Nicholas.  With easy access to Queenstown central - 5 mins by car, 20 on foot via the lakeside trail, this is a fine place to stay for a few days if you want to be out of the adrenaline-fuelled hubbub of Queenstown but still close enough to go there any time you feel like it.

The balcony outside your room looks southeast, so gets the morning sun but is cool and shaded in the afternoon when the sun slips behind the mountains.  Lovely breakfasts are served at the communal table in a big lounge/diner with floor to ceiling windows capitalising on the views.  The hosts are so helpful and manage to balance attentiveness with discretion, which isn't such an easy trick.  They also run/are involved in (I'm not sure which) a taxi business and were kind enough to collect us and our luggage from Queenstown airport on arrival.

Room with a beautiful view; and the kindest hosts

Good B and B - friendly and helpful hosts - view from your room is spectacular. Also very close to the airport and easy to find after a long day of travelling 

The hosts offer a choice of breakfast options which are very nice and reflect good home cooking
