That Covid was being used as an excuse for less service provisions that the hotel advertised. It was more a motel than hotel The standard had clearly dropped with the removal of some basics for hotels. No kettle, no welcome/info book, no tags for the door and No telephone in the rooms for service. No allocated parking and pictures on the website were clearly taken at the opening of this establishment Service was less than okay - no communication at check in about what to expect etc, a phone for reception after hours on the door outside - not inside the hotel? The key card to our door was not working and looked like it had been broken for a while with half of it still in the door No early check out information and notice on field reception open hours is out of date Receptionist have no service skills Basic accommodation at best.
