Quiet, extremely comfortable and large bed, friendly and helpful staff.  Will be staying here on every business trip to Mount Maunganui. Very pleased with the cleanliness and all amenities available. Car parking off road basically right outside your room is so good when travelling for work. Local shops are so convenient and the whole area is very safe. 

Ideal accommodation in central Mount Maunganui

Without a doubt the best situated motel in Mt Maunganui, exceptionally clean comfortable. Hosts were really lovely people. This motel is such a short walk to all the best of Mt.Maunganui, food, bars, walking the Mount, beach and harbour shoreline.
We were sorry we only had an o/night stay as this place is best we saw in a short 1 week stay in N Z, cannot wait to make a return trip.

Highly recommend!  Lorraine and Kelvin are so lovely and helpful - we had a great time.  Rooms are very clean, kids loved the pool, location fantastic - so close to town and walking distance to the beach!  Will definitely be coming back again.  

Fantastic family holiday

Very clean, tidy, modern units in a great location right in town. very close to lovely beach, shops, restaurants and a 10 minute walk to bay oval. Highly recommend staying here - we will be back. Thanks for a great stay.

Great location

Friendly professional Manner, very clean and tidy room, situated on the main street, handly to cafes, restaurants and the sea, prime location, would definitely go there again. Snacks available and very informative with questions answered. Would recommend...

Clean and Calming

Surpisingly a great place. I usually avoid motels or motor inns but our options were limited at this time of year. It doesnt look like much from the outside but the room and service were impecible. The room itself was huge, maybe 3-4x bigger than a standard hotel, and super clean. Well equipped too, with the usual lage bed, TV and wifi, but also a wee kitchen with some basic supplies. Overall fantastic, comfortable, everything you need. On the downside, we paid over $200 NZD for just the 1 night which is not the cheapest, the pool is tiny as well but the beach is a 5min walk away anyway.

Top notch for a motor inn

Excellent hospitality all round. Kelvin and Lorraine ensure your stay is the best possible experience. The rooms are clean and spacious. Cooked breakfast is absolutely delicious. Perfectly located to walk to restaurants, shops and the beach and the rooms are quiet.

Home away from Home

Excellent Place to stay very accommodating and friendly, this place is perfect location with all Bars, Restaurants and beaches very close.. Very Clean and tidy, we would Highly recommend the Pacific Motor Inn

I had a pleasant enough stay.
Pros: good location, comfortable room.
Cons: very noisey (people and traffic) expect to wake couple of times per night, no dining table of any size, decor is a little dated and the toilet was so close to the wall I had to sit sideways!
