We couldn't fault the park or its facilities. It had a wide range of accommodation units which would suit any need. Its location was also a plus being close to a supermarket and Caroline Bay. We will look to use the park again on our next visit to Timaru.

Excellent Place to stay in Timaru

They keep prices reasonable - unlike everything else in NZ since Covid. They keep costs down and pass on the benefit without compromising anything. That is my subjective impression.

Great place to stay - great value in the cabins

great service , clean ,tidy.  easy to organize via phone , late arrivals no problem.  Instructions good , wifi good compared to other camps.

Needed to get off the road after traveling for an extended period. Timaru Top 10 popped up on my Google search. Having stayed at Top 10s before, I knew it would be comfortable.

Timaru stay

A great park for families with a fantastic location to both a supermarket and Caroline Bay.  We stayed in the two-room motel unit which had everything that we needed.  It is exceptional clean, spacious, comfortable and has wonderful views over the park.

A great place for a family holiday

Timaru Top 10 was 10 out of 10.  Couldn’t fault it. Staff were very friendly and helpful, u it was very clean and pricing was excellent.  Thank you.

Fantastic camping ground

Bathrooms are outdated and don't appear very sanitary. There park is just your average holiday park, nothing of note that stands out from the rest.

We recommend anyone it’s really good place and tidy ,good customer service,safe place,we happy to go again,but need more fast internet ,the bathroom area good clean,easy access to out size shops,good information

We had a great time there! Reasonably priced, lovely clean and up to date facilities, awesome staff and great location - what's not to love? 

Our 3.5 year old son LOVED the wooden playground just outside our unit (number 8) and spent most of our stay playing on it.

This was our second 3 night stay at the Timaru top 10 and we've already booked another two stays there for 2024. 

All of the staff are always so friendly and helpful, we really love it here. Definitely worth signing up for the top10 membership as there are some decent discounts around the area too.

Great family stay for boxing day 

Staff very hospitable and informative. Grounds are well maintained and the motel rooms were very clean. enjoyed feeding the eels. There is lots of space between caravan sites and heaps for the kids to do. Very close to shopping with Pak N Save supermarket just down the road. My top choice of where    to stay in Timaru.
