Lovely owners, makes you feel welcomed, felt very homely & safe. Comfy bed nice getaway away from the busyness of life 😊 100% Recommend and will definitely be coming back to stay. Waking up to the sound of birds in the morning made for a great start to the day.

We stayed in our house bus so didn't use the facilities except for the showers which had plenty of hot water with good pressure. Nice variety of hot pools as well. Very relaxing and enjoyable grounds. Very friendly lady on reception. Thankyou. 

Wonderful variety of hot pools.

We arrived after a long day's road trip. The welcome was friendly and we were offered an upgrade to an air-conditioned motel unit at not much more, which we took as it was so very hot. We had the pools to ourselves in the evening and it was a great way yo ease our sore muscles after 2 days of walks and sightseeing. The rooms were fab, clean and comfy.

Relaxing, friendly, comfortable and clean

We stayed at Oasis as we were going to be racing in Taupo but Taupo was either booked out or too expensive.
We stayed in the Bach which easily catered for our large group of 2 families. 
The kids loved the petting zoo and playground.. shame all the pools are too hot for children as a colder pool would of been really appreciated though! But there is a cooler hot pool less than 5 min down road.
They have been renovating the Bach so it was a bit Unfinished but still usable.
Really appreciated having the onsite washing machine and bbq area too. 
We found the staff really personable and friendly, accompanying and we were able to run over and get a few condiment sachets when we ran out. 
Would definitely recommend for a cheaper holiday away 

Good value stay 

First stop. Never been here before. The room was great. Clean and tidy with a tiny kitchenette which was perfect.

Staff were friendly and the hot pools at the property were very welcome. They are enclosed so not as attractive as other places. But we had the pool to ourselves. 40°C so nice and hot.

Road trip- hot pool crawl

It was quite good and OK for one night stay. Our room, with double and single bed was OK, clean and comfy, as well as the bathroom, mini fridge, microwave and flat TV are also available in the room. The location is OK, approx, 3km from Turangi town centre, and closer to Tokoanu Thermal Pool which is only 1 km distance. If you want to use the free facility this Motel has three private thermal pools for individual use, and one larger shared pool for the guests. There is a playground in the mid area, while the shared kitchen is at the rear part. At the most rear end there is a kind of caged enclosure for sheep, pigs, cows, bull, and deer.  Quiet in the night and good for sleep.

It was OK for overnight stay

We stayed in Oasis motel in Wellington Anniversary weekend in a single cabin, The cabin hasn't got a place to put clothes or belongs. There are no any single hook on a wall! Windows are dirty, the sill covered by dust and died insects. Bottle's lids are on a carpet. 
Communal kitchen is terrible. The table and chairs are dusty and dirty. 
The pools area is looking much better, pools are tidy, water is clear. 
We wouldn't go to this motel again.

It was a good motel before, but not now.

On arrival no teaspoons, bread and butter plates , or dishwashing liquid in unit. Not a problem to get them when I asked . Shower had not been cleaned properly if at all as there was marks on the shelf where shampoo bottle or similar had been . Glass walls were disgusting . I mentioned and showed the owner who said they only had 2 fifteen year old girls doing the cleaning which was the problem . The double bed had two large singles pushed together with only a double mattress on top which left a ledge on side of bed . Windows were disgusting . This place needs a total overhaul of its cleaning practices . So disappointing as the owners were lovely people to deal with .

Wouldn’t stay again

We booked a campervan slot to stay here but after looking round the place, it was so badly maintained that we ended up booking another holiday park 5 minutes up the road and staying there instead. The so called ‘jewel in the crown’ thermal pools were filthy- full of dead flies, and the toilets and showers were no better, which were the only basic facilities we were needing. The door to the ladies toilet was boarded up with cracked glass. All in all not a good experience, would not recommend staying here when you can stay less than 5 minutes up the road for the same price, with far better facilities

Atrocious

The whole place looks like a dump and inside our room the two seats that were there had two big holes so you couldn't sit down and the tv wasnt working so we couldn't even watch a movie. The staff were extremely rude aswell
