From the easy  booking process  to the check in to the amazing view the cleanliness, the layout, facilities, comfort, décor and location everything was fantastic. Will be booking again  when we need a get away

Picture perfect spot

Breath taking views, spectacular apartment. Glamour, style, opulence with grace. Picture this sitting either in the front room or bedroom, massive windows over looking straight out onto the harbour. Boats gently swaying from side to side, hills rolling in the background as the mist gently kisses their peaks, and the sun rising up from the East presenting a breathtaking, breaking dawn. This is truly a master piece, painted by nature. It’s so beautiful so peacefully eloquent just like a jazz, blues song. You actually get lost in the stunning tranquility of it all. highly Recommend X 10.

Magnificently glorious, one of the best views Worldwide

The hotel is extremely dated, isn’t the cleanest property but is ok. The “waterfront” isn’t that viewable at all! Kim should also be avoided at all costs. Doesn’t like to be advised the wee problems I encountered with the hotel. Becomes a bit volatile, she is very rude. Is not willing to hear you out. Would advise to book with caution.

Avoid if you can

We had a weekend in Picton and so pleased we picked here to stay at the Apartments on the Waterfront.  Dealing via email with Kim was effortless and the information to enter the building easy to follow.  
The view from the 5th floor was amazing.
The apartment was very well equipped.  There was plenty of seating inside and out.
The bed was very comfortable and the view from there amazing.  
We liked the idea of being in the Harbour where all the tours left from.  We will stay here again.

Absolutely stunning

We stayed in a Marina view room which had a beautiful outlook from the balcony.The main living area is upstairs with bedroom and bathrooms on the ground floor entrance.Wi fi and sky free and both worked well.Fully equipped kitchen.Irish bar and Oxleys bar across road and a 2 minute walk to Main Street.Supermarket the main one 5 minute easy walk.Parking is underneath the building with no lift you have to carry things up sets of steps to you room,the room also has stairs which you have to use as it’s on 2 levels as stated at the beginning of this review .There is no tv in the bedroom we had if that’s what you require ask.Heat pump/air con on both levels.We would stay here again,when you book make sure you no exactly where you will be as they have several properties in different buildings that are let out.The only reason we didn’t give this property excellent was due to the fact of all the carry things from the car up stairs to the room and not being notified of this when we booked and the property had stairs to access living/bedrooms which could be a problem to other people 

Dockside Marina View 

Spent 1 night in Dockside apartment on way to wellington it was amazing, everything including washing machine, will not stay anywhere else in Picton. arrival was so easy and view from the balcony great.

This business is not the accommodation owner, they are only a booking agent for privately owned apartments. The manager of Picton Waterfront Apartments - Kim West is rude, unprofessional and if you have any issue she is absolutely impossible to communicate with. i.e. will hang up on you. Avoid at all cost. 

Avoid at all cost

We used Picton Luxury Waterfront apartments as a start and finish for Queen Charlotte walk. They were very central to the wharf, to the tours , ferries and food. Just an ideal place to spend stay for a night or two  and to organise your trip and buy supplies. We love apartments to save on meals, sometimes a pizza at home or a simple breakfast are all you need. The stores are a short walk and the views are terrific. Great service, helpful in getting us in and storing a bag for rather than take on the track

Great

Checking in and out was a breeze.  Mike and Glennis are wonderful managers of the complex.  We stayed in aparement number 6 and I cannot fault it.  Deco was stunning. Space was like home. Recommend to anyone travelling with friends and family. Location only 6 min away from town.

Tastefully done

We wanted accommodation near the Interisland ferry for a morning depature. This small complex has a number of large two storey apartments with 2 balconies and 1 walkout patio. The units are rented out for owners not currently needing them by a pleasant efficient couple who maintain the exterior and pool well. Our unit (#4) was pretty well maintained and had everything necessary for up to 7 to stay. There was 2 queen bedrooms with an extra single bed in the larger bedroom and a pull-out couch/double bed in the large, upstairs, living room. There was a bathroom with a shower and tub downstairs and a 2 piece toilet upstairs. There was a full kitchen with stove, microwave and large fridge with freezer and large living room upstairs. After 3 weeks of travelling we loved having a full laundry room and the office gave us washing powder. All in all we loved the space and pool.
