Very well located and superb villa with magnificent view. Very modern and contemporary style. 5 min walk from all the restaurants. Tough to beat. We spent 2 nights there, wish I had booked for a longer stay. Highly recommend. 

Best accommodation 

We loved our stay at Lakeshore Springs (3 bedroom luxury villa). You check in at the Moorings. The view from the balcony is amazing and we enjoyed the heated floors and the big full kitchen with all the supplies provided. There is a washing machine and dryer and very adequate supplies of everything you need to have a very luxurious and comfortable stay. I don’t think our family has ever stayed at such a nice place before. 

Luxury apartments with an amazing view!

We booked a last minute holiday and wanted something central so we didn’t need to hire a car. The apartment was huge over 3 levels. Everything was modern and super warm. So much space and the kids had their own rooms. Netflix on all the tvs was perfect after a long day on the mountain. Perfect setup for our family. Close to walk and get dinner but also a fully equipped kitchen for cooking at home. We will book to come here next year again for sure. Thanks for a great stay. 

Fantastic set up 

Our family of four stayed for two nights in house H - it was HUGE and wonderful!  The townhouse is absolutely perfect - it is beautiful, super comfortable and spotlessly clean.  It is easily walkable to the town center, but far enough to be very quiet.  I would not look further - stay here!!

Incredible

Once we parked our car in the attached garage, we walked into the place and were amazed by the view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The apartment has three levels, and the upper two have floor to ceiling windows overlooking the surrounding country, so it was pretty spectacular. There was a triathlon competition going on, so this was the only place to stay my wife and I could find, and it was a ridiculous amount of room for two people. But we enjoyed every minute! It was clean, everything was current, and not one complaint! It was a five minute walk from the downtown area where all the restaurants and bars were, so great location. And it was right off the main highway, so it was easy to get around. I would highly recommend Lakeshore Springs, especially if you have two or three couples.

Wow!!

Loved this place. Stayed for a week, huge house with huge living area, amazing kitchen, even a sauna. Very clean and everything brand new. Loved the location as 2 min walk to main shops strip but little traffic and epic views. Lovely people to deal with. Definitely coming back!

Amazing, huge townhouse with views and so close to everything

There's no better place in Wanaka to stay and soak up stunning lake and mountain views, with a glass of wine in hand, from a private balcony.  I stayed in Villa F and it is true luxury - has everything you need, plus things you don't realise you need...private sauna, anyone?  Having a garage with internal access was great as was very secure.  The villas are just a short stroll to town, and you're at the lake edge within a minute.  Highly recommend staying at Lakeshore Springs to all

Perfect!

The 3 bedroom apartment had everything you could ask for plus a sauna! Great location 2 minutes walk from the heart of Wanaka. The view from the main bedroom and lounge area is simply spectacular. Great fire place just adds to the ambience. The friendly owners will even loan you their gorgeous dog Keira if you are missing your fur baby! Would definitely stay here again.
