Location
What was bad
A little bit hard to find on a busy street right by a major intersection.
We had an internal room with no opening windows so got a bit stuffy.
Don't count on carparking - it's first in first served for hotel carparks.
The hotel does not have a vehicle pull in at the entrance which is a pain in case there is a hotel carpark available.
We used the Taranaki St parking building and it didn't cost a lot. Very handy to the hotel.

Front of house service was great.
Convenience to the CBD.
What was bad
I had to change my order 3 times as the drink and food that I ordered wasnt available.
I emailed twice re booking a carpark and no one replied. Car parks were very tight.
I prefer rooms with windows so would request next time.

Handy to cafes and attractions of the bohemium quarte of Wellington city plus near to Te Papa Museum.
What was bad
We stayed 4 nights. For the first 2 days our room was not serviced, despite several requests made to the staff at Reception. Very disappointing. Shows a serious lack of management in the housekeeping dept and poor communications from Reception staff.
