The cheapest rooms are 20 dollars with fan TV bathroom and toilet. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly. The only hiccup may be the lack of privacy if you are staying as a couple or friends because the shower and toilet are separated from the room by a glass window (floating but even though the privacy is not ideal). The wifi works well outside but not in the rooms. The hotel is very well located a few minutes' walk from the center. Airport shuttle is 35 dollars with no one to trust.

Affordable and well located

SHOCKING treatment in this hotel. We booked a room with AC, but upon arrival they claimed we booked with a fan. We have screenshots from booking.com proving our claim. They simply did not care. It is their responsibility to put it up on booking correctly and be responsible if it is INCORRECT. They wanted 10 USD EXTRA for AC upon arrival. We refused as we saw we were right and hoped they would realize their mistake eventually. They did not. Even though we demanded our money back and evenutally after a long long discussion (during which the owner wanted me to click cancel on booking.com!! the cancellation was not free of charge) we got the refund. BUT afterwards, they charged 15 USD to our credit card!!! We had done nothing wrong. We have been in many hotels all over Central America and NEVER did any place put false info on booking.com. DO NOT STAY in this hotel!! They might make sure you have a bad time in Granada! Owners tend to respond to these kind of reviews..but it is too late to explain or apologise or probably claim again that the client was wrong. We reported this to booking.com.

Terrible

Very nice and comfortable hotel, friendly treatment, very clean location. It's very close to the park and easily accessible. the price is $40.. i think it's slightly over the right for the type of hotel.. but if i'd come back..

Very cute.

Very nice room (two best places after Catarina), two small beds, TV, AC Fan SDB, wifi, shampoo + soap, small garden No PDJ eh yes even at this price there = NO, NADA ($ 35 a night) Attention there is air conditioning in the room but to get the order = pay $10 HONTUS! This is located just a few steps from the park and the cathedral

Very well located hotel

When we got to Granada, we opted for this hotel and took 2 nights.  After we got settled, we were told our room was reserved for the second night and were offered another room but without AC. We declined, it is too hot in town to sleep without AC.  Our one night was calm and quiet. The room was very small so it is only good for a short stay. Also, the rooms are at the back and therefore are without noise and very safe.
Too bad we had to move.

Shortened stay

The staff was very helpful and nice! The rooms are a bit small but super clean and you find many details a traveller really appreciates: hooks to hang up your clothes, racks and shelfs - also besides sink :) - reading lamps and a QUIET fan. Small details but very useful! Great location - very close to the central park. Really recommended!

Really nice rooms

We spent the first three days of our trip to the nica in Granada and this hotel met our expectations: really very affordable, located in the center of town, small but quiet and above all clean rooms. We took a tour of the city for a while before finding this hotel. So of course the rooms are small and the bathroom is short and without much intimacy (only separated by a cloudy plastic partition but honestly for that price, it's very good. Breakfast is not exceptional but it's not expensive.

Atypical charm clean and well placed

Rejection of entry after we had booked 2 nights. The bank card reader was broken (multiple tests with both our VISA cards and my AMEX card) and we were asked to go get cash at the ATM before anything else. Rejection of cancelling the booking with a 50% charge.

A deplorable home - a room without privacy

Very nice small hotel with a very hospitable staff (managed by a Nicaraguan family) well located in the center of Granada, a street in the Central Park.

Very well located

I arrive late as hotels are shutting their doors and filling up - I spot this hotel as I'm driving down the street. I've been driving all day and need to stop - unfortunately for me, 
The rooms smell like they are built over an old sewage treatment plant. 
 They are really small rooms for  $25 ($35 with a/c - which I chose to get rid of the smell in the rooms)
 Staff had no idea if my car would be safe in the street, and they did not know where I could park it securely.
 Woke up about 6 AM, and the receptionist tells me that coffee is available after 7AM. Really, the guy can't make a cup of coffee?
I'd never stay here again - staff needs training.
There's something wrong with the toilet and shower drainage - the smell was really, really bad.
