if you aren't looking for anything too fancy and just looking for a safe place to stay and a pretty nice set up suite with air conditioning...this is an awesome place!! Don't come here looking for spa treatment, but you can expect very nice hospitality from workers.  It's walking distance to the beach and to several restaurants on the main strip of beach.  You have great views of beach sitting on your balcony.

The location of Casa Marina Condos could not have been any better. It was clean, friendly helpful staff & beautiful sunsets. The rooms were huge and the showers were oversized. AC units were in each room, which we only used at night. Immediate beach access across the road. There are so many shops and wonderful restaurants serving flavors from all over the world. Josseline's Bar & Restaurant is directly across the street and was our goto place and el Timon was a wonderful seafood treat only a block north on the left and had live music a few nights a week. If you want some HH or nightlife, check out Iguanas! All in all, we just loved Casa Marina Condos and we will be back soon!

SJDS Sunsets are just Heavenly

We recently stayed at the Casa Marina Condos in San Suan del Sur and loved everything about it! The condos are now under new ownership and the customer service was fantastic! We arrived late in the evening and were happy to find staff ready to assist us. Check-in was a breeze and we were able to get connected to wifi right away. The second floor units have recently been remodeled and were very clean and spacious. The next morning we were welcomed with a gorgeous view of the ocean right off of our balcony! We frequented the beautiful, clean beach and beach towels were provided each time to us by Casa Marina Condos. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minute walk of the condos so getting your morning coffee, beverage, or any meal during the day is easy. There are also two convenience stores just minutes away as well.
Our trip to San Juan del Sur was incredible and when we go back we will definitely be staying at the Casa Marina Condos! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Amazing Trip Staying at an Amazing Condo!

Perfect location for San Juan del Sur.  Ocean views and the beach was literally across the street.  The staff was very friendly and very helpful, plus having a doorman 
24 hrs/day made us much more comfortable.  Will definitely stay there again if we make it back to Nicaragua.

Perfect stay for San Juan del Sur

My business partner and I prepaid for 3 nights for a 2nd floor  kitchen suite with a balcony overlooking the beach.       The first night,  we returned to the hotel around 10 pm only to discover that someone had entered our suite.    I was missing $40 cash,  a knife, and my partner was missing his camera and cash.       We complained to the desk but were treated with contempt.        The next day,   I returned early while my partner stayed out.      When he returned, he accidentally took the elevator to the 3rd floor,  and, being disorientated he tried to enter another suite,   His key easily unlocked the wrong door, and, upon seeing that he had successfully unlocked the wrong door, HE tried other doors (NON OF THE DOORS IN THE HOTEL HAD NUMBERS) and found his key worked in them all.    Eventually he figured out that he was on the wrong floor and, going down one floor, found out that his key unlocked all the doors on the 2nd floor as well.(NON OF THE DOORS WERE NUMBERED)

I and my business partner were robbed, the rooms were had no numbers on the doors and ONE KEY OPENED EVERY ROOM!
