The managers at this place in Espanola will find any way too keep your deposit. These people are so rude and they make u feel so uncomfortable to stay there. I've stayed there twice and kept my deposit. Just cause there was a towel supposedly missing they kept my deposit. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying at this place.

Horrible

I was traveling with my grandson and family and although we were not expecting a 4 star luxury accommodation, nothing could have prepared us for this biohazard filled environment!!! We arrived after a 13 hour journey from Dallas, Texas to this horror!
- Blood splattered on side of bath tub 
- Old blood marks on bedding
- Mold growing in bathtub, toilet,bedroom ceilings, and flooring 
- Fungus/mold growing in microwave and refrigerator 
- Moldy used spoon on floor 
- Toe nail clippings on floor 
- Cigarette holes in bedding 
- Hairs on pillows and bedding
- Mold/fungus/brown residue growing on AC unit
- Urine/unknown bodily fluid marks on sheets 
- Smell of urine/feces from carpets and upholstery 
All of this among many other things as can be seen in pictures!!!

My husband and I are retired professionals who travel all the time and although we love the small luxuries in life as well, we are very humbled by nature, culture, and the small things in life. I am absolutely appalled that a hotel in such condition can be listed as a family-friendly accommodation on the Priceline website! We booked this hotel as it was advertised as a Wyndham chain hotel and believed it would live up to a certain standard, but it clearly didn’t! I was most disappointed with Priceline’s response who said that they would have to wait for the manager in the morning before they could resolve anything and had the audacity to offer me a 20% discount!! 

Priceline falsely advertised this room and offered this service to families travelling with children and then when we turned up to this bio-hazardous inhumane inhabitable situation, they could not even offer us another hotel room!!!! For a billion dollar company who makes money from the trust of families like mine,  this is totally unacceptable!!! Priceline put my family in a dangerous situation and we were left with the option of finding our own accommodation late at night with my baby grandson by me!! The sad thing is that after speaking to the manager of the hotel and manager of Priceline, it was acceptable for Priceline to expose their customers to such a deplorable and hazardous situation and then do nothing about it. The best they would do is offer us another room in the SAME hotel!!! Which I refused immediately saying to them that if someone offers you another plate of food at a restaurant that had a cockroach in the first plate, then will you accept it??!! I said I would not subject my family to these conditions and left the hotel immediately!! We will be seeking legal help and informing the city of the hazardous and inhabitable conditions of this hotel as we do not want any other family being exposed to this situation.

BIO-HAZARDOUS INHABITABLE HORROR SCENE!!!!!

After leaving Great Sands National Park we spent the night at Days Inn in  Espanola, NM, we were looking for place to eat, but the waiting  line was over a hour & half long or longer, there was Sonic right next door to the Days Inn. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Good Stay.

The room smelled like smoke and stale beer. There is rust on the air conditioner. Everything is dirty. I had to stay her because it was the last room available in the area. It cost 146.00. This has to be the worst room I have ever stayed in. 

Do not stay here!

Hotel is old and run down.  The room had cigarette burns in the carpet and on the tub.  There were cigarette bits behind the door.  Neighbors dog barked all night.  Was not told of an additional pet fee at the time I made the reservation.  Was informed upon arrival.

Road trip

attention this place is a rip off ,check your card statement before you leave if you decided to stay here, charge me double on my card, luckely i saw the double transaction  confronted him, said made a mistake [ doudt about that] i still lost almost 10.00$ with is ``mistake``would not riemburse  me. best advice stay away from this place, plus you got a dog barking all night next door, barely slept all night. Stay away from this place !!!!!!!!!

real bad experience  this guy is a crook !!!!!!

A real simple lodging on the main route through town. My room was clean and I actually had 2 mini-fridges. The lobby/check-in is kind of small and generally shuts down at 10 PM though someone is on call for late hour issues. Breakfast was very continental style. If you choose to stay here, check your room to see if anything is missing. Even an ice-bucket.

Real Basic Motel In Espanola

Empty bottles, food crumbs, dirt, filth, garbage under the beds. See pictures. Sheets were stained. Crumbs on bathroom floor. My wife would not sit on the chairs they were so dirty. We managed to get a partial refund and left and found a nice Airbnb for less money.  We have an Airbnb and will stick with Airbnb's from now on. Good luck with this place.

Absolutely total dump.

It's a nice hotel to stay at. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small. The service is very friendly. Nice and quite, away from road way noise. Breakfast isnt much. Close to restaurants. 

Weekend fun

Horribly rude service staff. Rooms are all filthy, bugs, mildew in fridge. Key cards won’t work after 1 use then owner will get mad and try to prove to you it works then it still won’t. So he gets more mad.
