I was here for my birthday. I called ahead to make a reservation and was pleasantly surprised that when I got there, they had my name on the list. 

The hotel is quite big and when I complained about an odour in the section where they wanted to give me a room, they immediately changed it and gave me a room somewhere else.

The staff were courteous and the check in and check out processes were pretty easy. Food takes about 25 minutes to be ready so don't wait till you are starving to order.

Decent and affordable hotel

I booked this hotel through Jumia Travel, and it was really good for the price. The room was pretty small, but the fixtures are well maintained and they work. There's a buffet complementary breakfast; while the options were not many, it was manageable. It's a good hotel for the price i booked it, in the context of Victoria Island district. The staff are not so warm though. They look poorly groomed, and somewhat unapproachable.

BUILDING is new/neat, room size is ok, though not as spacious as i would like. some rooms have a mini kitchen, with faucet/basin. staff said they provide microwave units on demand, price is fair if you book online,

Wifi is unstable, worked for few minutes and stopped browsing.
car park space is ample, would definitely recommend or stay there again

DECENT PLACE IN VICTORIA ISLAND

Stayed in this hotel for a night. it was my second time. Ample parking space. Good rooms. comfy bed and pillows. There meal is ok and affordable. What was pleasantly surprising was having my car washed in the morning without anybody harassing for tip. Perhaps, the washer went for a bathroom break at the time of leaving. There is also a sense of security that comes staying here. Although, I wish the building would have a lift but is staircase is wide and well scaled.
