This hotel apartment was just 5 minutes walk from the Ferry Terminal.  We had a suite with 2 bedrooms with individually bathrooms.  Apt was clean and neat with a small kitchenette.  The rooms were small and compact and the balcony overlook the harbour which was nice.
The best part was the toilet which has a good heater and it was so nice to wake up to a warm toilet for shower.  Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location and good clean apartment

Maintained cleanliness and friendly staff. Location is mind-blowing. A lot of places to explore around. Staying around nature is what I wished and this experience was very helpful to accomplish that. A must visit I would say.

Amazing experience

The apartments are ideally for four as two suites each with a private bathroom, share a common living space. 
The contemporary living space with a large terrace and wonderful vistas make ideal accomodation.
With this in mind the social space comprising of the living/dining and terrace are generously spacious.
TV's are odly located, a minor setback.
The bedrooms are of average size with rather smallish bathrooms attached. Of the two rooms attached to the living space, the  odd numbered room will have a sexy transparent shower cubicle with all glass enclosed walls and bathroom door. With a WC that is not partitioned, and no privacy blinds, this room best suits a couple more then friends or siblings. 
The pantry is for light cooking with a two ring electric burner with literally no counter space for any serious cooking preparation.
The dining table for two can be the extra counter space if need me.
Accomodations are clean, contemporary and with daily housekeeping.
Car park in the basement is chargeable but there is off street free parking after 6pm.
Property is central in the town square and close to grocery and dining options.
Cons: 
Guests need to keep their key cards on hand   while lounging in the shared living space. Should the master room door be shut - there is no entry acess back in the master without a key card and the reception is not managed 24hours. You would need to call the number provided for assistance.

Central Apartment Living For Four

I gave this an average because while conveniently located in town (the hotel provides a spectacular view of the surroundings from its top balcony), what you really get is a very small room that looks and functions more like an IKEA dorm room. There's a pleasant shared space (living room & kitchen) with 2 other rooms, however it's first come first serve so I can't imagine comfortably sharing this space with other guests. Parking is extra in an underground  public space. Svolvaer is a pleasant town before you drive deeper into more remote locations in Lofoten. I have the feeling this modern hotel is one of the finer options to stay in town, however I would also check out Thon hotel nearby.

Superb view, small basic room

£350 a night for a room with tatty towels, old furniture, a wall fixed soap dispenser and no bath mat.  Having spent a week in Norway my expectations were already set low (accommodation is generally pretty spartan) but this place didn't even hit them.  The only things in the hotel's favour are a decent view and a helpful person at reception (not a given here).
