 · Breakfast was exceptional and plentiful. Location is just stunning, we had lots of snow and it was magical....the ski slope next door was also a nice surprise as we had no idea! Our cabin was cosy, comfortable, warm and clean/ well stocked. The jacuzzi in the snow was so much fun! Lorenzo works incredibly hard but still finds time to be a thoroughly lovely host and a wonderful chef ...the food was first class throughout. Little touches for our kids and being patient with us trying out the ski gear made all the difference and made a brilliant stay even more perfect....wish we were still in our little Trollhagen bubble!

A lovely and great place with a friendly host. Booked it as a place to sleep on our journey further north, so we slept only one night here, but if we get the chance to we would love to stay here again! 😃❤️ We loved the cabin and how the whole place was set up.

We slept in a very cost cabin. Warm and Cosy. It had one double bed and 3 single beds.There was a toilet, cooking possibilities and a fridge. It’s located next to a ski station. Great nature outside. The chef was very nice, made us a 3 course meal that was excellent.

Really warm and cosy cabins with everything we needed for a family escape to the Norwegian wilderness.  Tor was always helpful with advice and setting things up for us.  We had an amazing dog sled adventure that was very personal.  Following Tor's advice we saw the Northern lights several times (the best was right above the cabins one evening after Tor let us know).  Loads of sledging all around the cabins kept the kids busy and the ski slope was open on the weekend and one evening.  All clean and tidy.  Everyone was very friendly, - few tourists which added to the experience!

We`ve been working with these guys the last 2 years and will continue to do so. Located only 1 h from Bodø in Northern Norway makes this a good choice for small group winter experiences off the beaten track. Never crowded, authentic (and still comfortable). Perfect terrain for snowshoeing, ice-fishing, dog-sledding and hunting the Northern Lights.

Basic cabin without specialities. Good for total freetime and relaxing.

We have stayed here for 2 nights, before we arrive we’ve got an instruction how to get the key of the accommodation. 
To our surprise, we were the only ones staying in the “small village of Arctic Cabins as we call it”. We heard nothing, we saw no host, other people or guests for three days. 
The cabin was very well decorated, extremely clean and cosy. The heating was turned on before our arrival, which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately we have to sleep seperate but we understand the need/space of beds in the cabin. 
The kitchenette is very well equiped and we have cooked twice in the cabin. 
In the cabin is a sink and toilet available, you can use the shared bathroom elsewhere which is very clean. 
It was not that kind of issue, but because we were the only guests it was sometimes a litte scary when you heared a noise. 
A guide with cabin/location information would be a great value, because that was not there and no host was there at the time, we had to figure is out ourselfs. Where can we shower? We are we allowed to come? Where do I leave my waste? But it was an experience to come here, we can imagine how it’s like in the snow. It’s a very special place. 

Pro: Location is superb. 2 minutes from the highway but totally in silent nature. 

Nice kitchenette.

Cons: Bed were not on par with the rest of the cabin, it’s only a sheet of foam on wood but also very small. No space to stretch my legs. 

Also there was no instructions in the cabin. Had to figure out everything ourselves. 

We where all alone for two nights. No biggy for some people but for us this was a little spooky, we are city folks so every noise is a potential scary one. Not really the problem of the host but more of being alone at the park. 

We had a fabulous week in April here - snow everywhere & sunny skies almost every day. Come here for natural beauty, tobogganing, skiing & snowman building. Don't come if you want shops, restaurants or even a bar! We loved the plethora of animal prints in the snow, coming across reindeer crossing the road and the dog sledding was awesome - although not always available. Host was very friendly and tried to accommodate all our requirements - helping to organise cross country skiing for us and telling us what was available within the small community. Accommodation is spotless and shower block was never busy.

Arctic cabins 

I want to warn every who is considering the husky tours connected to these cabins. They are predators and the owners do not have control over these husky dogs. Three of their big males just got loose of their cages and butchered our dog in front of our daughter. Luckily she had the sense to keep away, if not they might have gotten to her too. They have broken loose several times, killed sheep and chickens. Owners do not have sufficient control over their dogs- so be aware! I would not recommend this at all due to safety.
