Best about stay: The hotel was very clean, hospitality was superior from other hotels. Great location and close to shopping. Could be better: There is absolutely nothing I could think of. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay there. Missing Benefits: I did not become a member until I found out that it was no longer part of Choice Hotels and was Strawberry. Positive Impression: The entire dining room staff for breakfast and dinner were fantastic. Enjoyed speaking to them all. They were very personable and very welcoming. The most impressive staff members were Helen, Trine and Hannah. All three ladies were very personable and very informative. They provided places to visit and see the great sites of Norway. They always found time to answer any and all questions that I had. I will definitely miss their outstanding customer service. Not to shorthand the rest of the staff as they all were excellent. These three women were great. Looking forward to the day I return back to Norway. Your staff's hospitality is something here in the states I wish we can improve on. Thanks again for a memorable stay!!!
