We stayed one night in the accommodation on the site (there are also lots of caravans, campervans, etc.).  The whole site was lovely.  This was a quiet time of year and we had lots of space to ourselves.  The room was pleasant with twin beds.  The reception staff were exceptionally cheerful and went out of their way to be helpful - fantastic customer service.

The site is large with good facilities.  We found access to a lovely small beach where we sat and enjoyed the late evening sunshine.  Unfortunately there is a sandy area beside that which was covered by dog poo, which spoilt the atmosphere.

Overall it is a lovely site, a peaceful haven from the bustle of Kristiansand.

Comfortable room in lovely location

Kristiansand Feriesenter is a nice campsite with good amenities and a lovely view! Stayed in our own tent, and used the campsite amenities, which by the way are well equipped, clean and nice.

There is a play area for kids, and a water slide, which was great fun for the smaller ones.

Could stay here again, for sure!

Family friendly and nice

Quite a large and busy camping ground, well furnished and lots of amenities. The prices, however, are extortionate. Regular hiking tent place costs 350NOK, shower is 15NOK for 4 minutes. These both are three times more expensive than any campground in Norway. There are no cheaper places around so we stayed here. Bathrooms and the kitchen are very clean and well maintained. The place is located in a nice area, but was very full with cars and quite cramped. 

Nice and expensive 

At a breathtaking campsite, surrounded by sea, this camp comes with great facilities providing both the full high end camping experience and budget travelling at its best. Friendly devoted staff. I enjoyed the high season live music;)

Breathtaking unique campsite!

Maybe the best camping we slept in over two weeks in Norway. Limited but wonderful tent slots, showers/toilets/kitchen well furnished and very clean. Many services. All this for a fair price compared to others. A really good surprise.
