We had a lovely stay at Hotell Koselig. Comfortable beds, good breakfast and great service. Free coffee available around the clock is a nice touch. With new ownership, the lobby has recently been renovated and presents an inviting and modern reception area. More is likely to come and while our room could do with a refashioning, it was spacious and clean. Very basic room amenities. Good WiFi signal.

Pleasant

First of all, this is not a fancy hotel so do not expect luxury and all. This is a hotel located in a countryside and though it does lack the elements of being luxurious, it does offer coziness and relaxation, at least to me and my cousin (who was with me during our overnight stay). The place is comfortable to live in, with a non modern touch. The room was spacious enough and clean, along with the bathroom. We were lucky to have a nice view outside our window also, overlooking the sea and some part of Hemne Kommune. This is not a 5 star hotel, but it is more than enough to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay if you are open to the fact that you are in a countryside and not in a big city. It does not have a resto but you can always order food anytime from their "sister establishment" which is the Kafe Koselig. They will deliver your food right at your doorstep, so no problem at all. The breakfast they served was good enough also and one thing which struck us all the time while we were there is simply its coziness. Maybe it was brought by the lighting and the classic touch of the place. In short, I enjoyed our stay there, and it would have been better also if they have a hair blower provided in our room. That is all I could ask for, but the rest, I was okay and satisfied. I would love to go back there if given the chance. And yes, the staff were all friendly and accommodating, so it is a plus.

A Cozy Place to Stay In

The only hotel at Kyrksaeterora (Kyrksætherøra) it would have been good with some competition close by. The room standard is average. We got a room with nice view, but the toilet had something rotten/ forgotten in it from the former resident. Not good. The television did not work and the rooms needs some redoing. 
Breakfast was ok. Not fancy, but enough to get you going. We took a beer and a glas of wine in the bar and the hotel at a cosy television/ living room for the guests. Unfortuantely this is a relative common standard in Norway. It feels more like a home for refugees than a hotel I am sorry to say.

A hotel with average as its best

This is a very average hotel, although it is in a good location. 

The staff were friendly.  The rooms are spacious but very dated - the whole place could do with a makeover. 

Never tried the food. 

The bed is comfortable and clean.

This hotel got stuck some time in the eighties, and not in a good way.
The rooms are big, but furniture, beds and bathrooms are extremely dated.

To add insult to injury they don't have a restaurant and they are located in a town with very limited food choices.

To be fair, the staff was very pleasant, things where clean and the breakfast was surprisingly good.
