I had booked a room here for 3 nights but I had to cancel my booking 'cause I had some problems with my car. Even if they weren't obliged to refund me, they did it anyway. They were very nice on the phone.

What to expect from the old style cabin? Hot shower, comfortable bed, kitchen corner with fridge and parking were the most important for us, and we've got everything we hoped for. Even Canal digital, so we watched Eurovision :)) we stayed 2 night ( hiked Trolltunga) and had good time.

It was a nice option to spend a night on the way at this cottages..
Easy to find and access on the main road..
The front desk lady was so kind..
Cottage was clean, specious and well equipped with all what you want. ..
You have to get your own bed sheets or rent the same at the check in..
Parking the car under the cottage..
The views were so amazing..
The area is so calm and charming 

Cozy cottage 

Considering it's only a simple cabin, the bathroom with floor heating and a nice shower was great!

The kitchen was well enough equipped for cooking a simple meal.

Reception was a bit grumpy, she didn't even ask us if we need towels or linens (which would cost extra).

The TV was not really usable because it was so loud when turned on.

Overall everything in the cabin is rather old and the price is not great, considering the value you get out of it.

But for our need of spending one night on the road, it was ok.

Ok for a night on the road

When we arrived we were greeted by a woman who definitely doesn’t like it to work there. We rented sheets and they were old and full of holes because of the wear.
The cabin was furnished with old furniture and the beds were a sort of crisscrossed in the room. I had to sleep with my head near my friends feet and also this was the case on the top bunk beds. 
The shower room and toilet were ok.
The 2nd night all of a sudden the electric went out and we could not make it work again. We went to see the woman again and she wanted us to try and try again but we already did and she went with us to the cottage to try herself. She could not get it working either so she gave us the key of another refurbished cottage. She said I should have given you that in the first place. We wished she would have because this was way better. 
When we asked for different sheets because there was a double bed i.e of a single she told us whe should come to her house and get it. She had no idea how to handle guests

Could be a nice place when they put more tlr in the cottages

We paid NOK 200 more than we did in other area's for a similar house with fireplace.
What we got for it here was :
a big cottage, with stains on every seat / sofa / carpet / piece of bedding.
The kitchen was clean and well equiped. 
We had hot water for the shower and the fire place was very nice.
The lady at the reception was friendly.
