Oslo can be expensive, let's face it, but you still need to go, so the Perminalen offers a chance to get a hotel room, with sufficient comfort without breaking your budget. The huge selling point for me was the vast variety at breakfast so you can stock up, and I do mean stock up because they also expect you to make a sandwich while there too take with you for lunch. SO that is Bed, Breakfast & Lunch sorted for each day you spend in Oslo!!
