I booket on a whim as it was the cheapest, i didnt know i booked a 4man bunkbed shared room. They informed me politely if i would upgrade to a private room. I would gladly pay the extra fee if needed. They just upgraded for us without the extra cost and gave us a private family room without extra charge. We stayed 1 night and the beds are comfy after a long day travels. A country family first time in a city trip.
