It was good experience for my customers. Since booking to end I only had a contact with Miss Tanzila Jamshid. She is very helpful and courteous. She provided assistance in all matters to my customers. They feel like home due to Tanzila personalised service. She had a good follow up in pick-up and drops of my customers from airport.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights (that was 2 nights too many) hotel is old & fairly run down. First impression as you walk in is reasonable but after that it goes downhill rapidly. Rooms are old & shabby, furniture is broken and tired. Hotel is very noisy, many other guests shouting loudly and singing in the corridors of a night time. The lift doors had an annoying squeal every time they opened which was disturbing through the night. Hotel is also near the main railway line so there is some noise from that also. Hot water especially where it is stored should be around 57-60 degrees, in this place the so called hot water temperature was just above ambient so if you like a hot shower you will be out of luck. Even asking for the hot water temperature to be increased fell on deaf ears. The standard of the food at breakfast for me was questionable, dining room was dirty (look behind the tables up against the wall). So my advice is , do not stay in this place. How they can say this is a 4 star hotel is beyond me, I would rate it at a 2 plus (and that’s being generous).

Very poor

moderately priced star hotel with friendly staff. you can get things done by demand but with a  little delay.  Food is average. Recommend rooms from front side and never accept 3rd floor if you are wi-fi addict. rooms are big , hotel building is 15 years old surrounding area is typical town in Pakistan. 
access to main roads, liberty centre and many malls are within 15-25 minutes ( with  usual traffic).

a place at Hub of Lahore

Crown Plaza is located at a somewhat central location from where all the main areas can be accessed at an equal distance. The hotel provides value as per the costs involved. The rooms are neat and tidy and service is very good and professional. However the quality of food served at the hotel is somewhat average. Overall all i think its a great place to stay if you have a mid-range budget and want to stay at a nice clean place in Lahore.

I spend almost 04 months and i found extra ordinary services here in Crown plaza, Specially dealing at reception, food Quality, room services, laundry services was excellent, I am traveling Nationwide in different cities but i never see the services like here (Crown plaza Lahore), thanks a lot everyone for this honer.

Reaaonable. Best thing is the staff is curteous. They have good room management and accomodate you in every way possible. Rooms are not extravagant but very tidy. Breakfast is great with a decent variety
