Stayed for two nights at Mara’naa, and the first thing is that the food from the hotel is really good, and even though you are stuck with their restaurant I was not disappointed, and they were always looking to make it a really good meal. The beach is incredible and very calm, so it feels like a swimming pool, and since is not a very popular island, the beach feels private, there were only us at the beach sometimes. But is not a resort, the pool does not belong to the hotel, so when you book it make sure that includes access to the club. The club has a really nice pool and bar, their prices are reasonable, but the club is priced at 30 dolars per person per day, and that can be quite pricey since the pool is clean but needs maintenance since the tiles are coming off. When I booked I had included and thankfully I had the confirmation with me or they would have charged me again. Do bring some kind of repellent, because it’s tropical and there are some tiny bitting bugs. If you are looking to rest, this is an excellent place, but if you want to see and be seen, you should stay somewhere else. I would go back, because the beach was really nice.

Some really good things, but 

Mara'naa resort is consisting of beachclub, restaurant and 12 bungalow-style hotel rooms, right at and overlooking Isla Víveros' North beach, 2 hours by express ferry from Panama City. 
The beach is spectacular, the ocean is clear and turquoise, the perfect picture. Up to 6m of tide hub is making rocky and sandy islets come up and disappear every 6 hours, fregate birds and pelicans hovering above and fishes are playing wild games. Easy to spend a day or two and never get bored. And there's Wi-Fi ...
Our package included breakfast and dinner, which was very well prepared and served by Natasha and another girl. We have seen our fish arrive in the morning, caught right off the beach and delivered. 
The rooms are good standard, spacious bath and cozy queen size beds. Everything kept clean, but there was a constant smell, like sewage. This and the maintenance around needs some attention.
