We had reserved a room before going. However, upon talking to family members, the crew grew we called 3 times to make the reservation bigger. The lady on the phone was very nice every time. Upon arriving we saw the place was very nice and cozy. It is right in front of the beach! If you ask, the lady will fix you a very good ceviche. The rooms have A/C and warm water and cable TV. You can watch the sunset on the terrace while you enjoy a nice chat. 
I'd definitely come back!

Exactly what I needed

If you are planning to travel with your friends and family this is the place for you. Cheap, clean with warm water, cable TV,  pool and near the beach. 
The lady at the place was very friendly and nice. 
This place is not luxurious but makes you feel very welcome. Moreover, is pet friendly and the lady was kind even with my pet.
At the hotel you can feel the nature with some flora in its interior yard. 
In its terrace you can appreciate pretty well the sunset while you have a chat with a friend. 
This place was made to relax and appreciate the simple things in life. 

Pretty good 

Very good location in front of the sea and also in the same avenue, the attention was excellent. In addition, the prices were very good.

Summer 2016 

Having poor Spanish our host Richard Garanda speaks excellent English and is a very fun and outgoing personality,we planned an overnight visit however we ended up booking a week,the wifi is very good out on the deck but like all concrete buildings the signal is weaker in your room.There is no restaurant but up and down the street you can find good dining.The Hotel has a nice deep pool and is right across the street from a very long clean sandy beach. The rooms are kept clean daily,The parking is the safest I have ever had for my motorcycle with steel gates and a electrified fence all around the parking area. Richard took us on several occasions to the local sites as well as some out of town places for some local events,There are MotoTaxis passing by continuously for $1.50 Solas or 50cents U.S. To Centro where you can see the locals and enjoy a lot of local foods or shopping. So to Finnish up a Very Plesant stay and I highly recommend this as a good stop for any traveler.

Friendly and Clean

It's a hotel that doesn't grow with its details, the owner is nice and makes you feel at home, the pool is nice, the hotel is partly hilly but when you cruise the pan-American beach, it's a question of adapting.

It is a very nice place.

The staff are friendly and lived in the United States for a while so they speak English.  Other guests are generally professionals who are working in the town so it's fairly quiet, although you can hear the street noise from the Panamericanan highway out front.  I got the one room at the bottom of the U that could kind of see the ocean.  It is perhaps the first screen door I have seen in all my world travels.  There is wired internet in the rooms and the family even got me an extra long cable so I could work from the breakfast patio overlooking the ocean.  Wifi does not work so well.  Hammocks are clean and new looking. Incorrectly listed for price in most guidebooks ($32/night) and does not accept credit cards although there's an ATM down the street.  Good hot water that is always available and all meals are available for additional cost.  There's currently construction going on that will continue for the next 5-6 months that blocks the otherwise direct access to the beach and ocean.  A short detour of about 100 meters gets around the construction.

Lovely hotel & ocean view

This place is right on the beach in Zorritos. Unfortunately the rooms don't face it but the breakfast area does. The rooms are nice, breakfast is good and the staff are really great! 

However I chose this place because it advertised in room internet, which it no longer has. Curiously, we did get it working for an hour or so one day using a LAN cable but that was it. I missed some important Skype calls because of this.
