The hotel is comfortable, comfortable, safe, well cared for by the girl, the only thing is that the breakfast that is included is limited, so if you go after 8 o'clock there is no fruit, milk or other food.

Good care

The rooms are damaged, the beds, in the bathroom have openings in the windows where the cold comes in, the bathroom door has no glass, also the cold comes in, don't give you the option to have a heater in the room to have hot water at night, the breakfast is poor.

I don't recommend it, it has a lot of bankruptcies.

The service at the reception was terrible, the girl who attended us was very heavy, she had no hot water, on the second day of our stay they ran out of water, and when we went to the reception to complain, they bothered themselves and the towels are dirty.

The worst service ever!

The service is very excellent, very friendly staff and serviceable. In addition, the hotel is very well located. Less than five minutes walk from the Plaza de Armas. For those of us who are used to the height, it has hot water service. It is very hygienic and I loved it as the lobby setting has modern music in Andean style. It is highly recommended in addition that the prices are very affordable.

A lot of attention.

This hotel was chosen for us by the tour operator, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! The windowless room, the only one in the hallway, gave a sense of hallucinatory claustrophobia, but the worst thing is that you can't sleep at night! There's a nearby venue with loud music playing all night long. It's not very restful, actually. The breakfast is very poor but you can settle for that, the main problem is the noise of the place.

I can't see it.

A very good experience, a good location, a few minutes from the arsenal, the very friendly and attentive staff and willing at all times! thanks to Vilma Cortez, it was a pleasant visit! I would definitely return and recommend it.

Very good!

The hotel was our 3 star option for staying in Cusco from our tour operator. We spent in total 3 nights here and it didn't grew on us at all. 

You don't expect a high level of service and amenities at a 3 star however it is still rated 3 stars so you would expect some decent/normal level. 

Con's 
~ no elevator which is completely annoying especially if you have the big luggage you need to carry up and down on the stairways 
~ no heating - rooms are cold especially in the night in May when we visited - we asked for a heater from the reception but it was so old that we were afraid when we plugged it in that something would catch fire - one a different note not all rooms have the small electric heaters so you would need to ask for one
~ old towels - I wouldn't expect much but those towels were so old and used that they looked like from the time they opened the hotel 
~ noisy room - we ended up in a room that faced the street and besides the fact that the windows have no isolation it was so loud from the noise street we barely could sleep (honestly we fell asleep because being so tired) 
~ smelly room - our room had a faint smell of mold and when asked for a different room because of noise we were offered another room on the ground floor which when we entered was smelling so bad of mold we chose to sleep in the noise rather than in the smell 
~ poor breakfast - the breakfast is very poor and the food doesn't look too inviting to actually eat it so we ended up eating outside for breakfast
~ poor internet connection - the wifi in the room in the back did not work at all no matter which connection we were choosing - it only started working if we went out towards the reception 

Pro's
~ hot water in the shower at any hour 

All in all a very disappointing experience and a hotel which I wouldn't recommend not even for an overnight stay especially if you want a good night sleep.

Noisy, cold rooms with no elevator and poor Wifi

It was a pleasant surprise to find this comfortable and beautiful hotel in the very centre of Cusco, after having had bad experiences elsewhere. I should point out that the cleanliness in this hostel is excellent. The bathroom, the room and the other places are impeccable. Hot water With good pressure and available at all times. Very attentive and educated young staff. Very warm, cheerful and serviceable. Delicious breakfast. Abundant and varied. Hot water service Always to drink Mate de Coca. Bello hall central. Ample and comfortable. And want to be there Always! Excellent location a few meters from the main tourist attractions. Like the Plaza de Armas and the San Pedro Market.

Excellent service Price and quality.

The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly and serviceable. In addition, the hotel is very well located. Less than 5 minutes' walk from the weapons plaza. For those of us who are not used to the height, it has hot water service and coca leaves. Very clean and charming that as the setting in the lobby have modern music in Andean style. Very recommended, in addition to the prices being very affordable.
