Perfect location workers amazing this place has the Sharm of Costco workers were super friendly willing to help you especially nohely She welcome us with a big smile until we left Location is right on the center of the city walking distance to everything and transportation perfect for families

Perfect location workers amazing

They shut the water off at around 9PM every day we stayed there.  This means no hand washing, no night time showers, and no pooping.  If you wake up in the night and have to  take a dump you will be smelling it all night long.  They said they have to shut the water off every night for maintenance, but in my opinion, this is unacceptable and highly unsanitary.  They have no right to sell rooms to customers that do not have functioning bathrooms for 50% of the stay.  Totally unacceptable.  They get two thumbs down.

A STINKY SITUATION

My friend & I booked 1 night here and ended up staying an extra night. It was ~$30USD/night. It's a modest place to spend the night. Had 2 bed, shower with hot water, a safe for our belongings. What else do you need? It was close to the main plaza, a 5 minute walk. Complimentary breakfast was right next door. Your choice of eggs, bread, and juice. The rooms itself (at least the one we stayed at) were not the most up to date. The sink/toilet didn't work at 9pm every night til the morning. We discovered that the shower worked all night though. In the long run, these "cons" didn't stop us for staying and extra night for the price and location. Staff was helpful and friendly. Wifi worked well. 

Good stay

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed in a  double twin bed room that was a little drafty. They did have a lot of blankets to stay warm and night which was great. The wifi worked decently as well. The breakfast was a little light. One scrambled egg if that, some bread and coffee. 

***They turn the water off around 9pm. We didn't know this until we went to go brush our teeth one night. The sink was off and toilet won't flush. This happened both nights we stayed there. ***

All in all not bad for the price ($25-30 per night for 2 people) 10 minute walk to the main plaza. Shops and restaurants right on the same street. Hot shower, decent wifi, good location for the price you pay.

We did pay about $15 USD more total to stay at another hotel literally in the main plaza and had a much more comfortable stay. Just something to keep in mind.

Good Location, Nice Staff, Basic rooms, no water at night

The staff were very helpful. They did not speak very much English at all, but we got by fine. They gave us a map of the area and marked it with sights and landmarks.

The room was plenty big and the private bathroom was clean, with good water pressure and hot water. The room was chilly at night, but there are enough blankets on the bed to stay warm.

The hotel provides free tea in the lobby at all times. There is also a small breakfast included in the price, served in the restaurant next door. It was bread, eggs, coffee, and juice, much like we got everywhere else in Peru. 

The staff were happy to store our luggage after we checked out. 

The location is good - no more than a 6 or 7 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas and not too far up any hills in San Blas. 
I would happily stay there again.
