Unlike other opinions, I thought the price was excellent quality. It is very well located, 3 blocks from the Plaza de Armas, we received the suitcases that we had come from a trek and kept them for when we arrived. The breakfast is bread with jam and coffee or tea. In addition, we sent to wash clothes and also the reception without warning. The room and bathroom were fine, clean, the bed comfortable. The wifi worked perfectly. To us it seemed an excellent price ratio.

Never spent so badly in a guesthouse, poor breakfast, bad cleaning, mushrooms in the bathroom pottery, the shower water was half cold and half hot, I could never bathe to my liking, no soap was put on, cooking in the yard and all the smell was coming into the room, I can't say anything good, lamentable.

A nightmare is coming.

While a Friend of mine and I were visiting Cusco we stayed 2 nights in this hostel. As I booked the it, it said we had a nice view from our room. We were clearly dissappointed as we arrived, the room had no windows, it was freezing cold, the shower smelled like something had just died in it... on top of it, it was very dirty. Never have I ever slept in a bed as uncomfortable as this one. We went to sleep and my friend couldnt even get up in the night to go to the bathroom because it was tooo cold. In the morning we were both sick and my water bottle was as cold as ice. Another thing is, you always have to knock to get out and walk through the owners living room. I mean wtf??! The night before we left we had a question and we marched in at some family drama where 2 people of the family were crying, I mean how unprofessional is this??

Freezing uncomfortable nights

We got in and the room they wanted to give us was SUCIA. Trash on the floor, dirty sheets, fruit and shells on the light table. The gentleman told us that we would change it the next day but we ordered another one and they changed us to a slightly cleaner one but with the dirty floor full of papers. When I wanted to bathe and started to come out of cold water, we talked to the receptionist and they told me to wait half an hour for the tank to fill, while it was soaked and with 10°C. The night when they returned to the bathroom and it was soaked, the gentleman only told us that we could not serve it, but with the dirty floor full of papers.

I stayed for a few nights and had to leave early as I couldn't stand the dirty saunas and covering beds, while knocking on the door every now and then to get out and in.

In June 2014 I traveled to Cuzco and stayed there and enjoyed the attention because it was warm and reliable.The room was normal with everything needed and was affordable.This year I will travel to Cuzco again at the end of the year and return to stay there and tell you about my second experience.

Price, attention and location.

I camp a lot. The beds are more uncomfortable than my sleeping matt. I say 'beds' because the room we booked on Booking.com was a king size bed, which apparently they don't own - so we are in separate beds??? No window/vent in room. Toilet flush was broken on arrival. Weren't advised the free breakfast was 7-9am so missed that. 9:30pm had some lady bang on our door demanding we pay cash now????? WTF is this? We cancelled the reservation (that they never logged) and left in the morning.

We stayed one night in this hostel. we asked for a wedding room, they said yes, but when we entered there were two beds, one detail but we were not warned. the room was small. the bathroom toilet was losing water so there was constantly a pool of water in the bathroom. when we wanted to bathe it was impossible: the water would be cold even if we let it run for a while, and there was also a window in the shower through which everything could be seen. it is quite uncomfortable to knock on a door to open you whenever you need to go out on the street. finally, we did not take breakfast because we had to go out early.

The place is cheap, nice, but don't ask for more. Cold home, not very encouraging breakfast. Cusco is a nice city with charm, this place doesn't reflect it. Our room had no windows.

Okay, the 50 NS room is clean and cheap, but that's the only advantage of this place, so you'll get a cold room with a window over a blind wall, an equally cold bathroom with little hot water and nothing to ventilate it.
