The rooms are very cozy and clean! the staff is super friendly! regarding the prices, they are affordable, depending on the type of room you want, recommended!!!,all was ok!!!

Recommended!!

We had booked another hotel but due to technical problems we were directed to this. The strengths are the laundry service, the abundant breakfast, the hot water for tea always present, even in the evenings, and the great location in the center. The downsides are: in the room there was always the smell of food coming from the underground restaurant present in the structure; the school hostels that were causing chaos in the evening and early morning despite the signs to keep quiet; and the nearby nightclub where you could hear the DJ stirring up the crowd and the music until late at night. We had to sleep with the lids. If you want to sleep go somewhere else!

Good combined quality price but with several flaws

We had to stay here after our hostel "Sumac Pancha" was closed unbeknownst to us (yeah, SHOCKER!).  After searching the streets of Cusco, this is where we ended up.  I would only stay here if I had to. This place was not clean and there was no-one on staff who would help us up 3 flights of stairs with our bags.  The beds were not comfortable, and the shower was filthy. They even overcharged us compared to other places, but again, after searching the night away, we had no other option.  Keep this in your back pocket in the event.  I GUARANTEE they will not be sold out.   They do offer breakfast with the room though.  The internet did NOT work in the room...  We had to use wifi in the lobby.

The hotel is very clean and pretty, it is a few blocks from the weapons plaza, quite central, the attention is good and the prices are quite affordable.

Very comfortable.

It's a very clean hotel, the rooms are simple and the staff very friendly.It has a dining room on the ground floor and also a warehouse to drop off luggage (in case you don't stay there for days on end).It's also very close to the weapons plaza, so you can visit almost everything.

I stayed for a little over a week because I had already paid almost everything in advance; while almost all the staff was very friendly, I had several inconveniences while staying 1° Point the hot bath water was NOT hot, every time I bathed they had to undergo the water graduation, this was after an argument with one of the people at the hotel who questioned whether the water would not get hot! because otherwise he would follow me squatting with warm water and drawing the cold. 2° The room was very cold and they don't have heating, so every day I ordered a frazzled sentence. 3° Various more didn't serve me breakfast, one day because the bread hadn't come to them and the other day I don't know why they didn't serve me the whole bread every morning.

Can't complain - only paid 30 USD per night. Before arriving to the hotel, I already expected something simple and economical. At first, I struggled with the language barrier, as I do not speak Spanish. But I could see and feel the staff's effort for me to understand and for him to be understood in our conversations. Viva! :)

30 USD for a night, and worth it

We were in 5 hostels between Cusco and Tacna and definitely this was the worst.When we arrived we immediately canceled the room, but when we arrived we realized that there was a broken glass, so we asked for a change or whatever, as all the outside noise was heard, but we were not served.Then the hotel manager very badly informs us that he equivocates to give us the value of the hostel and that therefore we do not have the right to breakfast.It is far from being a two-star hotel, although the location is good, the pieces are dark, old and very humid, and the services it offers are then not fulfilled.For the same price and location I recommend Brighton Hostels in Ladrillos Street.

A place to stay.

Whenever I go to Cusco for work I stay in this Hostel, as it is cozy, it is close to everything, especially the avenue el sol, the main street in Cusco, and about 3 blocks from the plaza de armas, which should improve is the breakfast.

Very good attention.

I can't say I liked staying at this hostel. The WiFi only worked sometimes in the lobby, it didn't work in the rooms. The hot shower only work at times. I stood on the 4th floor and guess what? There's no elevator. The rooms are clean at least, I don't recommend it though.
