It is in a very nice and quiet area outside the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. Its facilities are very comfortable and new. Clean everything okay. The bathroom I touched was very spacious especially the shower with many mirrors and hair dryer. The pool is temperate and of adequate size and depth. What I thought was improved is that the living room chairs are very dark and heavy and levelless.

The place was nice, although it wasn't so crowded, and we were given a remote room, and on the first day we were not given a parking lot.

It's a small but well-equipped hotel, the pool is old, and it's worth changing the locker room.

The hotel is too cozy, with a pillowcase, towels with yellow sleeves, a dirty bar, a bed and toilet with hair.

Poor experience in the service and cleaning of rooms.

The place where it is located is very safe and the most exclusive in Ica, the hotel is a rather cozy and beautiful boutique, it is small but with quite nice and clean spaces. The swimming pools are median, almost always empty, tempered; the simple view looks very clean but the smell of chlorine is excessive. the rooms are small and cozy (executive room for 2), they have what is needed but the refrigerator is limited to 2 very hot gases and 2 water tapes, also the roofs have no noise cancellation so one does not enjoy their privacy and the external noise can get annoying if you stay on the floor. As far as food is concerned, but the taste of the outside is not too good.

Sweetie, with a few things to improve.

My partner and I booked for a night,  to visit Huacachina . Parking limited but good. Staff friendly. Room clean. Restaurant is a little slow in service late evening. But desserts were lovely. Breakfast orders are taking on check in so no probs the next day. Overall a great stay for spending the day out and about around Ica.

Excellent hotel

I stayed 3 nights: the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good and the options were good, the swimming pool was tempered and clean (it should prohibit bathing with clothes and the use of bath clothes was mandatory) the ceviche is not good but the rest of the card is so good, of all the staff José who received us on arrival excellent attentive educated and soon to help you in everything happy, however, on checking out I did not recognize two consumption and had already passed my card to which the gentleman showed me the time of consumption and the date and yet my husband and I do not recognize that, before the gentleman (never had gone) said the subject of the card and he gave the details to my personal review, I was disappointed to see that the solution was consumed, and I was disappointed to see that it was closed, but the attitude of the gentleman was not the right one for me to acknowledge the date, but he did not acknowledge the correctness of the date before the date.

Consumers not recognized.

This hotel is located in a safe place, if you have a car, it is ideal for you to move around but like all hotels, they also have cab connections. The food is very good. 100% recommended The pool is temperate and you can use it until 9pm o'clock. It's really cold and when you get out you freeze al. Less in October. The opportunity for improvement is to have some kind of blanket or fridge in the beds in the cold season al. Less in October. For nights it reaches 14 degrees Celsius and humidity of 75%.

Beautiful, cozy, safe place to be.

We received a lovely guy making everything easy. The hotel is nice with an air-conditioned swimming pool and spa that we didn't use to carry a bathtub. The right room is the only thing that doesn't have heating and we had to order another edredon xq for the bathroom, it was very airy. The bed is comfortable. We had dinner there and it took a long time to serve and the pisco was too sweet. That night we were informed of my mom's passing away in SPAIN, so at breakfast we asked if we could serve a toast because we didn't have much appetite, we were told no, that only eggs or a toast with butter. No, I don't believe in a kitchen that serves dinners can't toast the toast a little. We asked for an expression and we paid a. It's a hotel located in an urban area.

Could have been better.

We chose this hotel for comments and location. Located in an urban setting that allows you to be relaxed and with nearby amenities such as restaurant bars and supermarkets. The staff who attended the arrival were very friendly and serviced, informed us of all the operation and schedules. Large room but somewhat neglected in terms of maintenance. Unlocked walls and ceilings, glass-free bathroom window enters a lot of air, all-American plugs, breakfast room and dining windows with many air entrances..etc.
