The hotel is nice but has no power 24 hours a day, which makes you unable to sleep because the fans turn off at 10am and start up again at 7am.

Very expensive for what it offers.

The entire hotel experience is very good although it lacks more activities (fishing, board games, kayaking, etc.) as well as more lighting in the lake pool so you can swim in the pool all night.

Everything is beautiful, the rooms have everything you need, being in a little piece of paradise like Irapay, the last thing you want is to stay in bed.The beautiful pool, the spectacular drinks, the very good food, everything 100/100 and the same attention, thanks to Henderson for making our stay a great experience, we were able to get to know much more about Iquitos thanks to him.

Excellent service.

The facilities were fine, but I felt they were not transparent when it came to packing because the conditions had changed without being clear to me, my trip was scheduled for March 2020 worse because of the pandemic - we were only able to make it in March 2023, paid a fare difference, but I was reduced to one tour and not included food for my baby when they knew it was going to be family.

More transparency.

Everything was super fine.. from the food, the drinks they offer, the large room, the staff was really nice, the pool with excellent poolbar, the ambiences... Everything was great, a paradise.

Spectacular and spectacular.

Since the reception the lady was very kind....in the restaurant area the first attention...the person in charge noted that we are all satisfied....in the bar also...as for the super comfortable cabins....amplias....

Super Relaxing and Super Relaxing.

Just returned from a visit to Peru including time at Irapay Amazon Lodge. My wife and I traveled with one other couple.  We enjoyed our time at IRApay immensely.  We found the facilities to be clean, food excellent and staff friendly and courteous. 
The resort is on the banks of the Momon River and it was enjoyable to watch the river traffic go by. Our individual cottage was clean and comfortable. The food quality and variety was beyond expectation and we found that even when we told the staff to reduce our portions to half-size, they were oftentimes still too generous. Prices were reasonable.  
We were given exceptional service by our guide Alberto, who spoke excellent English (the only English speaking staff person) and was extremely attentive to our needs.  We also were assisted by Charles who, with Alberto, took us on an evening river tour in search of wildlife and a walking tour of the jungle. Charles was extremely knowledgeable about the plants and, with Alberto as his interpreter, gave us explanations of what they were and what they were used for.
Our trip into the Amazon was a once in a lifetime experience for us and it was fantastic.  As much as we enjoyed the food and amenities of IRApay, we feel that it was Alberto and Charles that made the experience as enjoyable and memorable as it was.  I understand that Alberto recently left IRApay and, in my opinion, that is a major loss for IRApay and future customers.

Amazing Time

We stayed one night at this hotel, the staff has been very attentive since your arrival. Very good to be able to rest and be close to nature. We spent it in the swimming pool and the hammocks that they had in the facilities. The food was very rich but had a somewhat high price for us. We will definitely return.

The super attention of everyone, restaurant, shows, service all good, I would say that if I recommend them to a family member I love them, because it means getting rid of everything for a while, disconnecting from everything.

 Connection with Nature

When you visit the Amazon you must remember you are in the Amazon, not in a luxury resort in Mexico or the States. The resort was beautiful, on the banks of the Momom river. My husband and I were with 2 other couples we each had our own "cottage" it had a comfortable Queen size bed and a private bath. We only had electric for three hours in the morning and three in the evening. There was no hot water for showers. Remember you are in the middle of the Amazon. The food was really delicious, and the portions huge, we had to tell our guide to have the chef cut our portions in half.
The true gem of our stay was our guide Alberto, he took very good care of us and spoke very good English, I can't say enough good things about him. He was wonderful. He and Charlie took us on a walk though the jungle which was great. Charlie knew all of the plants and showed us what they were, he even dug up some roots that the chef cooked for our lunch. 
The pools were beautiful, complete with a swim up bar. Although Alberto was the only one at the resort who spoke English the entire staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
