I enjoyed any Moment in this hostel, It was so full of nice people and a perfect place to rest betweem one trip and another. The staff is kind and always ready to help with any practical problems or even simply for a friendly conversation. There Is anything you could possibile need and the location Is definitely too comfortable. some noice from the streets on weekends but, you know, it's Perù! Prices are very good, they have a laundry service on request and free stuff for bath.
Also included breakfast was nice (photo)

AMAZING PLACE

I'll talk about the good stuff first, the location is great! Near to everything that you need. But for me the best was the staff, I felt at home, they helped me with everything I needed, and they are very kind, polite and friendly. The bedrooms are good, comfy bed, hot shower.
The building is very old, it would be interesting to do some renovations to improve some things, for example the bathroom structure is very bad. The lack of internet is also something I recommend to improve. The cleanliness of the place, especially the kitchen was something that bothered me a lot, I believe it would be interesting to talk with "inquilinos" to collaborate better in cleaning.
Even so I recommend 100 % the Hostel, the atmosphere is incredible, with lovely and friendly people. Love you all!

Great location, and very friendly staff.

Cheap, clean, unique, and the best location possible. Set in an old building with a balcony over looking Kennedy Park. Billiards, ping pong, foosball, kitchen açcess. This place has it all. Highly recommend!

Best location

Very comfortable, safe and clean hostel. Staff are amazingly helpful and ever-friendly. Very easy to get in contact with other travelers. Privacy is respected and the place is tranquil and quiet at night.
Hot shower all day every day and toilets are being cleaned almost every hour.

Excellent hostel

The flying dog b&b is one of the coolest guesthouses I've ever visited! although it's large and there are several bedrooms, the atmosphere is very quiet and relaxed. the staff had a warm welcome and is always available for questions, they're super friendly and hospitable. the mattresses are very comfortable and the bedrooms are very large. the kitchen is very clean, which makes me quite comfortable with a hotel of this size. there are several shared bathrooms that are also clean. the hostel apart from the reception has a tourist outlet that offers tours and provides a ton of information about Peru. there are two large spaces to share with a bar and a billiard table. the hostel is across the street from the central kennedy park, supermarket and supermarket. we know a lot of very good people in the reception area.

Nuy central and with an excellent staff.

Spectacular location, opposite Kennedy Park in Miraflores, has a great staff, providing all the information on what to do in Miraflores, plus the hostel has a kitchen, a bar, a pool table, I was surprised by the sound insulation in the rooms, as I thought having a bar in the hostel would be noisy, but it's not.

An excellent place to relax, have fun, and make new friends.

Hostel was not clean. The bed/pillow covers and blankets seems have not been changed for weeks. Unclean shared bathrooms. We are also not aware that it is a party hostel. Party/loud music was on until like around 2AM. Staff were ok.

The only positive thing is the location

Great location, like perfect location. I stayed in an 8-bed dorm and it was clean, comfy and spacious however there is a lot of noise from the door bell, check in, bar etc. I think it’s a great cheap stay for a night or 2 but I wouldn’t want to spend to much time here - especially if you need your sleep. 

Good location for a night in Miraflores

Stayed at this hostel, upon arrival there was a children's birthday party going on throughout the whole hostel. 

The walls were so thin that you could feel people touching the wall through the paper thin wall. You could also hear everything. 

Was told there would be a free drink upon arrival, however when went to claim this at 6pm was told it was too early and to return at 7pm when returned at 7pm was told the bar was shut. 

The room is not value for money compared to other hostels in miraflores and is by far the worst stayed in Lima.

Terrible hostel!!!

Stayed at this hostel for two nights. The staff is nice and helpful. The location is great as well, in the centre of Miraflores. Unfortunately the facilities are a bit worn down. A little modernisation would do the place a lot of good :) Also the location is quite noisy because of the plazza and big streets where cars honk all night long. Our room was next to the reception, which made the noise situation even worse as the staff was chatting there until late in the night on our first night in Lima. All in all its an ok hostel but there are probably better ones in Lima!
