Hotel Paris is centrally placed in Lima. It is very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. There are 2 computers in the foyer which are free for guests to use. Rooms are smallish but comfortable with an en suite shower and wc. The free continental breakfast inclues rolls, butter, jam, coffee and juice. Various extras such as omelettes and scrambled eggs are available for an extra charge. It does not have a lift or an in-house laundry service. Rooms have a fan but not air conditioning. One smallish toilet roll per day is supplied, we took a spare one from home in case......

An excellent budget hotel

Booked for three nights prior to flying out of the country.
We were booked on a bus tour for the second night, so only stayed the two nights.

The room was the smallest we had on our tour of Peru. Two single beds jammed into a very small space.

There were no other facilities other than a toilet and a shower (which was very good).

Initially, we weren't supplied with towels, but this was rectified by the hotel.
The area is close to a plaza where there seems to be a lot of things going on, but the rooms themselves are very quiet.

There is breakfast provided, which is coffee/tea bread and jam. If you want anything else you need to pay. I had an omelette which cost 8 sol. The breakfast was quite good.

The rooms were clean, just very small.

Cosy...

The breakfast is normal but you can order fried eggs or omelet from counter by paying extra money. I tried fried eggs they made, it was good and delicious.

the room is very clean and the price is affortable, really hot and strong shower, they change toilet paper and towel every day, clean your room every day. 

if your flight will be at night, they can store your luggage for you without charging extra money. 

The location is great, close to most of spot in the city. They accept both soles and US dollars,  and English communication is not a problem for them.

Good for single traveller

Hotel Paris is perfectly located along La Colmena and the avenidas Tacna and Wilson, with numerous restaurants and markets (including the indispensable Tottus) just minutes away. It is also a short walk from the main centers of Plaza San Martin and Plaza Mayor. The room was comfortable with just enough space and the shower was (usually) strong and hot. The included breakfast was just the right amount to get the day going and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The wi-fi worked great most of the time (we were there for 8 nights), but it went down for long periods and required repeated maintenance.

Great location, comfy, clean, and friendly

We lived there 3 nights. Every day we waked up early and go for a walk at all day. This place good for travelers like us. 
Those building is very old and have thin walls - as a result a lot of noise.( 
Hotel have a good location, near bus station, shop, center, cafe with breakfasts. 
In room we had 3 towels, 2 soaps and 2 toilet papers. My experience in travelings in Peru says that it's important information.)) 
Wi-fi is very slow and disappearing there. Every time when signal loosed we came and reload router.(( 
About cleaning - 1 day we had a cleaning, at the second day - not. We don't understand those system. 
About transfer to airport - the price of the transfer in hotel - 50 soles, we booked a taxi (not in hotel) for 40 soles.
