This is a very good option for business trips. The rooms/suites have plenty of space. You have a supermarket right around the corner, also it is just two blocks from Ovalo Gutierrez. It is very well located. The breakfast is basic and delivered to your room: toasts, butter, jam, and juice, but you can buy ham and cheese at the market to complement your breakfast, buy something else for variety or eat out. The kitchenette has microwave, sink, and an executive refrigerator. Also you have dishes, mugs, cutlery. You can receive visitors as long as they register at the reception.  Beware that you will be asked to pay the full amount of your staying when checking-in, this is quite normal for apartments. Don't expect luxury. It is convenient for a long stay. The people are nice and helpful.

Comfortability and Privacy

We stayed in a room on the second floor, and it was almost like a hotel within a hotel. There were about five rooms off of a little interior courtyard with tropical foliage and decorations, and we loved it. Quiet, cozy, and clean. Seemed as though the bathroom was brand new. 

The front desk staff is just fantastic, extremely friendly and helpful. Good neighborhood in San Isidro, supermarket across the street, and a cheap cab ride to Miraflores.

Really nice stay

The price is right at about $85 per day, but that’s really all that this place has going for it.  The rooms are the noisiest I’ve stayed at in memory, and I travel a lot.   Street noise is too much and the windows are not designed to reduce that in any way; but worse is the internal noise.  They seem to be pounding on something 12 hours a day 7 days a week!   It’s like living in a construction site next to a busy highway, but without the cool hard hats.   

The rooms are large but old and with clunky furnishings.  The kitchenette is handy.  Carpets old, worn and dirty.   Hot water - in my first room there was none but they quickly changed rooms for me (to a MUCH smaller one on a louder street and at the same price).    The elevator is perhaps the slowest in Peru and the staff, for reasons that escape me, often switch it off.    The TV is ok and gets a few English speaking channels, if you have enough finger strength to press the buttons on the remote.  Laundry - pay the 50% premium to get “Same day” service - it still takes 24 hours but at least you do get your stuff back.

The two shinning stars are (i) the staff (very nice and do their best to help) and (ii) location, just a few blocks from Ovalo Guiterrez, off of Camino Real, close to shopping and businesses and easy access to taxis.

If you're on a budget and have low expectations....

I am Peruvian living in Stockholm and come every year at this time of the year and stay at this hotel. I can enjoy holidays with the family but can stay connected with your business just in case through wireless connection and very conformable rooms.
Nice people with nice atmosphere, it's like be at home.

Great location, nice atmosphere at reasonable price

An all suite hotel, equipped with small kitchenette, it is perfect for medium to long term stay.. Quite, walking distance from numerous restaurants, it offers all you now want in a hotel (free wi-fi or high speed connection, etc) without extras you don t really use during long term stays (It does not have a restaurant but has a basic breakfast delivered to your room) It was one of these business trips were you thought you will stay 3 days and you stay 3 weeks.. The hotel staff was great and gracious and applied my very reasonable rate on each of the multiple changes I had to do.for me and the 5 crews I had staying as well.
