There was no lock in the rooms on the second floor. In the room where I was going to sleep alone, there was no lock so I could lock the door when I slept or left, which put my integrity at risk because anyone could enter the room and no one would notice or steal my iPad Pro. Keeping a drawer outside or from the inside there was no way to lock the room!! The hotels when you arrive and give you the key to your room have a lock for more than a bar than a bar!! The door on the street was locked and when we entered we had to look for someone to attend because there was no reception for themselves. When the security in the room was not detected, we were told that we were arriving (friends were going to stay in the room) and the police complained that they were not paying for the hotel's premium process, and that they were not paying for the hotel's rent, and that they were not paying for any of the hotel's rented rooms.

The worst place ever!!

We made a receipt for 4 nights, we paid only two to pay the rest when we arrived at Organos, arriving and the hotel naide registered us, no DNI asked us, the rooms were separated by biombos, zero security at the hostel, nothing as the photos indicated, the rooms only had pestilles such as hooks, which anyone could enter the hotel, zero security. dirty pool, we had to go no no they returned our money, we called the police and had to look for a last-minute hotel with suitcases, children, it was 11 pm the owner didn't recognize anything ordered us to leave the place despite having two paid nights. no premium room is an unsafe place, dirty, no accommodation or for the hostel. no hotel has any claim, no book requests and no lodging.

Nice place but no food or drinks my room or place is next to the owner who lives with children and bullies, just like lodging for an expensive price, eh travelled to many places in the north of arenas Máncora a minus but this is the worst by my own opinion.

Pessimo!!!!!!! Next to our room we hear the daughter of the owner crying who lives there, zero privacy because we have a roommate! On our terrace, we had to look for a hotel at the last minute to spend the next day

The worst of it!!!!!!!

The place is picturesque but rather sloppy and dirty. A single visible person, very kind by the way, the owners don't give a face. They cut the internet at night. There is no rest for the constant noise of the second-floor residents. They charge 5% on the use of credit cards. All this without informing the guest before booking and payment.

Little to rescue the place.

I reserve for the month of February and the government declares quarantine and prohibition of travel to Piura, I commented on this situation to the owner, who by the way do not have a Ruc or legal person incorporated, and told me that he would not return the money to me, that he could choose another date, even though all the other hotels I reserve if they returned the money to me, hoped to reprogram my trip, trip in March, and when I called to activate my reservation they told me that there was no availability and they did not want to return the money to me, unfortunately I can not travel there again and the owner of this lodging stayed as my money and did not even give me a cheque, they are scammers!!!

We decided to stay in this hotel because a friend recommended it to us. From a first glance, everything looks like paradise.  However, there is no attention to detail. The amenities are very poor. The rooms are very small, old beds and sheets. The bathrooms have the plumbing over the exterior of the walls, which it was not pleasant to looks at, and there was a constant sewer odor. Furthermore, we couldn't get much rest at night because there is no glass on the upper windows of the rooms, only screens to protect you from insects.. needless to say that you can hear everything outside. It's cool in the day time but not at night when you are trying to get some rest.  This is really sad to me because this place has so much potential.  It's in a great location and the beach it's a few meters away. The staff is amazing,  the cook was sweet and made delicious food. The manager Melanie was really sweet and acommodating and the owner was nice enough to let us use the kitchen. But they really need to invest some money and love into this place. This is the reason that I can not recommend it or will stay here again.

Needs TLC

We've never stayed in such a bad hotel. Bad facilities, bad mattress (the hospital is more comfortable), dirty room (they have spiders, spider webs, and cockroaches). The owner's treatment of employees is demeaning and makes it in front of the guests, no respect. They don't sell any food (only breakfast, if it can be said that it's breakfast). They have a kitchen but it's exclusive use of the owner. They don't sell lunch or dinner (one has to go get food at the hospital). No water or food can be entered. You charge 50 soles for the entry of this one. (Oceania, if you want to pick up a towel and ask for a refrigerator).

We stayed for 4 days and never had to clean the room the beds were given to us with dirty sheets, dirty bathrooms bad staff service the breakfast they provided was terrible it doesn't have the good conditions everything is in bad condition for colmo had drains in the bathroom of the upper floor drain very bad attention had two dogs full of sarna no account with any water for sale in the 4 days we had to demand that they at least clean the bathroom we paid 800 suns guided by the image but the hotel is too careless The employees don't have good service are malcriados, it was terrible because the trip with me and baby took the hotel because it looked so clean and safe and far from what they offer you.

I charge 230 soles a Saturday saying that I had Agua Caliente wifi breakfast buffet: that's a lie because they only have instant coffee without milk, two pancakes with marmalade, a small glass of figs (yes, the second they combine it and try to sell you another home-cooked meal without you realizing that that's not included in the breakfast, ridiculous after what it costs 230 soles! dirty common areas with medium-sick dogs, wifi only 9 to 21, if you know you have to check out after the 12th they combine mas. The Sunday for the mother of 8 to 15 lacks the water wifi. La Pesca knew that because the whole town was warned about the anticipation.
